Nhat Ha Maison Hotel in Ho Chi Minh

The hotel's location is superb, close to city center attractions, and surrounded by plenty of dining options, all within walking distance. The room was quite spacious, but the cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast quality was good. Overall, it offers decent value for money.

I booked 3 nights,before I arrived I checked the reviews about the hotel. A few recent reviews said the hotel is not clean and serves is bad. The room I booked cannot cancel I decided to stay 1 night first. At the end I stayed there 3 nights.l arrived about9:00pm and took less than 5 minutes check in. I opened my door it’s nice big and clean, I was happy. They are breakfast was good they clean my room every day. The location of the hotel is so convenient easily walk to the city hot spots like Pham Ngu Lao Street.

We stayed here for one night before our flight. The front desk staff were very friendly and the bellhop was helpful. However, the hairdryer broke in the middle of the night. The front desk said they would send a new one up, but I waited until 2:30 AM and it never arrived. Luckily, the original hairdryer started working again after cooling down for a while.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, and I didn't feel it offered particularly good value for money. The cancellation policy also isn't very flexible. Housekeeping seemed to have missed a few spots. There were hairs in the bathtub, and the bedding didn't have clean creases; it was a bit wrinkled, making me wonder if it had been changed.

It's also a bit unreasonable that all twin rooms are windowless. Breakfast was available with plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't particularly tasty. The hotel's location is very convenient, with many dining options nearby, and many attractions are accessible by taxi or on foot.

The location is very convenient, and it has its own underground parking, which was great for parking my motorcycle. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. ❤

Very good location. Many restaurants , cafe , bars and spa are around the hotel.

Good overall, but there were dust on things like the bedside table. Other than that it was pretty good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
