Travelled here to stay from Jan 28 - Feb 1.
A good cheap hotel at a really good location. Shopping places, parks, restaurants within walking distance.
Really helpful front desk (provided resources for travel).
As other reviews reported, I did find one cockroach in room (I have extreme phobia of cockroaches due to some childhood problems). But they handled it professionally and cleaned the rooms everyday.
The electricity did not cut off at any point unlike what other reviews in past suggested.

My guess is that, they are working hard on their feedback and these 5 stars are for that reason along with the front desk and staff professionalism. Do support these businesses!

I stayed here for 3 nights and felt comfortable. The hotel is small but well-kept, and staff always greeted me with a smile. I could walk to lots of places to eat, shop, and enjoy coffee. The room wasn’t big but was neat, with good AC and Wi-Fi. One downside: there was no desk in the room, which made it a bit hard to get work done at night. Still, I appreciated the convenience and service.

Very pleased with our stay! The room was cool, clean, and had a nice view of the street below. The staff were polite and helped us arrange a taxi early in the morning. Very enjoyable stay — the staff were lovely and always attentive. The bellman was always ready to help with our luggage, which was much appreciated. The room was bright and clean, and breakfast was tasty and filling, a great way to start the day. Our only complaint was the thin walls — we could sometimes hear noise from the hallway, which was a bit disruptive. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I’d still recommend the hotel for its service and cleanliness.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in this calm, beautifully designed hotel. Even though it’s in central Saigon, the rooms were very quiet. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast — the banh mi was a favorite. Staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with tours or taxis
