After Nha Trang, my first thought was... how is this a 3-star hotel? It's barely a 2-star. I booked a superior room, 604. I didn't notice it right away, but it looked like the bedding hadn't been changed before I arrived. The guys at the reception are good, they understand English. Room cleaning is available upon request! There's an elevator. My room wasn't too noisy, but the air conditioner was loud. The hotel isn't visible from the street; it's almost directly opposite the bus station gates. Within a 30-50m radius, there are no good shops or cafes. Check-in and check-out were quick. It's an okay hotel for a couple of nights if the price is right and you're not too picky.

I understand that this is a budget hotel, but it was probably my worst stay ever due to the cleanliness of the room. The room was dusty and moldy - there were crumps of food on the floor and flies in the room! When I arrived and got my room, it was too late for me to find another hotel so I bought cleaning wipes and cleaned the room for a good 2 hours before settling down.
The aircon was so noisy that it disrupted my sleep. I was also woken up very early in the morning due to ongoing renovation works that I was not informed about. The renovation work was so noisy that I did not need alarm clock to wake me up. In fact, it forced me to go out as if was too noisy. I think the renovation work affected 2/4 days of my stay here.
The good points are the location and Wi-Fi connection.
Other than that, I would not stay here again.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The room was well-maintained, with plenty of space to move around and relax, which made a big difference after a long day. Everything felt fresh and tidy, from the bedding to the bathroom, and housekeeping did a great job keeping things in excellent condition.

The location is good, with easy access to the bus stop. However, if you get a room without a window, it can get stuffy. Also, water and toilet paper are only provided upon request, meaning they don't check daily if you need water or cleaning. Overall, it's alright.

This hotel’s owner / manager does not manage the hotel and was totally irresponsible in dealing with customer’s issue. I do not recommend you book this hotel . While you may attracted to stay here because of the location like I did , I found that it no longer feels safe on my return to it the second time and promptly rebooked eslewhere.
Given that the issue resolution and seeking to cancel was difficult and no hotel manager / owner was on hand to deal with sensitive issue , I urge trip.com to not continue advertising a property that is not responsible in basic customer service and thus , it would be inappropriate for international guests to consider a place that while made to wait lobby found to be actually dirty.

Initially i was disappointed when i first entered the room as there were no windows but after sometime i got used to it & enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful

Convenient location, room size is just right for 1-2 people. Staff available 24/7. Fast and professional front desk service.

The hotel is very close to the night market and the price is right, making it super convenient. The service was also very warm and welcoming. The only minor issue was that the towels weren't the cleanest, but everything else was excellent. Plus, there's a market right downstairs!
