Consists of eight 5-storey buildings, eight cottages, and forty villas.
Total area: 2 500 m2.

Beach: private sandy beach, first coastline, 50 meters from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach 150 m.

A run-down hotel in need of renovation, the breakfasts also leave much to be desired. The only plus is its beachfront location. The sun loungers on the beach are also long gone.

The hotel is clearly going through hard times. Everything is in disrepair, from the rooms to the beach. It's best not to mention the breakfasts.
You have to beg for bed linens. An old blanket is all that's left.
On the second day, in the evening, our room flooded. The entire floor was covered in stinking water. We were reluctantly moved to another room. But we received no apologies. The staff is completely unfocused.
It's a shame. This hotel used to be extremely popular with Russian tourists.
Total despondency and disappointment.

It's just awful. The beach has broken wooden lounge chairs, and no one cleans the sand—cigarette butts, beer caps, bags, and other trash. We stayed in a bungalow, the most expensive accommodation in this hotel. Guys, I've never seen anything like it in my life, and we travel a lot. Also, VERY IMPORTANT: this hotel offers vouchers to Chinese pensioners. They SCREAM from 6 a.m. (apparently that's their way of communicating). If you want to rest and get a good night's sleep, you won't get it, and there's no point in arguing with them. They're already at breakfast at 6:30 a.m., and every table is occupied. There's a bungalow for two families, meaning you're separated by a wall and a wooden connecting door with a deadbolt. God forbid they move you in with Chinese neighbors—it's pure hell, believe me. Don't stay at this hotel. The photos on *********** and other booking services look pretty, but in reality, it's as it is. I'll attach them... The breakfasts are very poor; you won't be able to eat anything but scrambled eggs. Have a nice holiday, everyone.

The hotel has long been tired, once it was a really decent hotel with cozy bungalows. Now the 5-story building is being demolished, the hotel has reoriented itself to domestic tourists, who are brought in huge crowds for 1-2 days. Breakfasts are modest, monotonous. More than half of the sun loungers and umbrellas are broken. But! There is a huge PLUS!!! The price of the hotel is very affordable! We booked for 57 thousand for 2 weeks for three for a villa-bungalow!
Everything you need is there: simple and beach towels, shower accessories, flip-flops, a refrigerator, a kettle
The location is super! The beach is beautiful, wide, the entrance to the sea is excellent.
All the shops and restaurants are nearby.
Therefore, here you just need to abstract from the little things and compare the cost / quality.

We have a room with a view of the sea from the end of the building - after lunch I want to lie on the balcony and admire the views... but no... there is always a trail waterer standing here, right next to the balcony, as if he is right there with you)), and no matter how you tell him, he He stands here stubbornly every day - in general, you can’t lie down alone - at least invite him to lie down with you))). He doesn’t react in any way to comments and does this every day!((Good location of the hotel, but everything in the rooms is old and ancient and needs renovation!! On weekends, local people often bring 200 people and they have a blast here - corporate parties, weddings, etc., etc... the hotel I wouldn’t recommend it, but it’s very convenient for kiters - the kite station is here!

We had a great trip with great service and delicious food here. The resort gave us a lot of fun activities both indoor and outdoor here. We had chill days on the beach and enjoyed our lovely time to look around 😍

Wifi almost nonexistent, sometimes works at reception and restaurant area (many routers everywhere, but none has internet access (always "connected, no internet")). Even nearby restaurants have times better were WiFi.
Spa and gym not working. Sometimes new towels were dirty. Staff does not speak English or Russian, only certain studied frases and they use it for whatever is your question.
Rooms quite ok, nothing special, a bit aged. Air conditioning in each room.

This is a great resort. We had a cabin right off the beach, great place for a relaxing getaway. The fixtures and furniture is showing it's age, but most time will be spent on the porch or beach anyway. Food was great. Short walk to some good restaurant as well. Security guards were nice and helpful, if you make an attempt to talk to them in Vietnamese they are more likely to want to help.

The absolute worst place you can stay in Mui Ne.
The staff (especially the security guard on the beach) is rude as hell. Almost laid a finger on my wife.
