Consists of three 4-storey buildings.
The hotel has 100 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy, 50 m from the hotel, 1 line. Sun beds, umbrellas, mattresses and beach towels. Between the beach and the pedestrian road hotel.

The rooms were clean and absolutely lovely. We had a king size bed lots of space with a balcony. The grounds were immaculate, the beach has lots of lounge chairs and very clean. All staff were service oriented always cheerful and happy, they spoke good english and some spoke other languages like Russian. The buffet breakfast we chose as part of the room package was huge from fresh juices, omelets Pho they cater to all nationalities for food choices. The drinks not only beautiful looking but delish. We extended our stay from two nights to 5 nights and plan to come back when in Mui Ne again.

Overall, the service is good and the staff are friendly. The garden was well maintained. The room is convenient and neat. However, the building is old, so it's not very pleasant, but it's relatively well-maintained.

Update: The hotel offered a room change after two days, but we decided to decline in order to avoid disruption during our stay.
As a goodwill gesture, we were given two complimentary massage vouchers, which we appreciate, although the original issue remains.
The ocean view room turned out to be garden view with only a distant partially view.
We were informed that true ocean view rooms were reserved for returning guests, which appears to be hotel managment policy rather that front desk issue.
Room change was offered only after two days.
WI-FI in the room is also very weak.
The hotel itself is pleasant, but room classification and allocation are misleading.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HARASSMENT BY SECURITY – INCIDENT TODAY AT 1:00 PM
I do not recommend this place to anyone if you want to avoid having your day ruined. Today, January 15, 2026, at around 1:00 PM, I was here with my young child and my sister. We came to the restaurant, ordered juice and a coconut, had a quiet drink, and then went for a swim at the beach.
When we returned to our belongings, a security guard literally rushed at us and began aggressively throwing us out, shouting and not letting us get a word in. Furthermore, he prohibited us from exiting back to the road through the hotel area, even though it was the most logical path. He started to follow and pursue us, behaving in a very threatening manner. My child was frightened.
The most upsetting part is that this was not my first time here, but I never expected such disgusting and rude treatment, especially in the middle of the day. Complete disrespect for guests. It spoiled our entire day.
Conclusion: The management urgently needs to review the training of its security staff and teach them how to interact with people. This happened today at lunchtime, which makes it even more outrageous. I will never set foot here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

It was nice but not the greatest experience for the price. Mainly catered to white folks, and I can understand why$ The layout and landscape was very nice, with many exotic tropical plants, flowers and coconut trees. Great pool area, and nice outsides showers to rinse off. The front counter staff was very professional, and bell boys were helpful. As for the breakfast buffet it was good.
If you're Vietnamese, make sure you have your room KEY with you at all times, for the security might try to harass you for possibly being a local trying to sneak in (and do what!?) 😑 I've stayed in many hotels all around Vietnam from Hoi An, Da Lat, HCM, Hanoi, Sapa, Hue and many others, and never had I once been questioned if I belong there..I Didn't see the security asked for room keys from white folks. How about using technology / security cameras before determining who belongs here. Not fond of getting stared down by the lifeguards, security. We rented 3 rooms and one of the back door wasn't completely sealed and allowed mosquitoes to sneak in. Yes I know I sound a little salty, but this is my personal experience. Do I recommend this place to any of my relatives and friends, NO

The hotel is beautiful, but it seems very expensive for a night, about 80 dollars.
Let's start with the pros:
• beautiful territory with ponds and fish
• private clean beach
• great breakfasts
• large pool

On the tripcom we had a room with a garden view, but in fact the balcony overlooked a noisy main road, one small palm tree was sticking out, apparently this is the garden..
There are a lot of ants in the room, and in the evenings a lot of mosquitoes
The faucets are old, peeling. The shower door did not close completely.
For this price, I think you can find better hotels.

Excellent hotel. Probably the best in Mui Ne. Beautiful wide sandy beach and palm grove with sun loungers. Breakfasts with local and European cuisine. The hotel area is very green. Clean pool very close to the beach. Helpful staff. We liked everything very much.

Private beach, very chill
Although the room is a bit old, it is clean enough
The swimming pool, beach and restaurant are all great! The sand in Mui Ne is fine and soft, comfortable

It's a cutely decorated resort.
Breakfast was satisfying, and although I arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, they treated me kindly and gave me my room right away.
The pool was bigger than I thought, and there were a lot of sunbeds in front of the beach.
Maybe because it was the off-peak season, there weren't any tourists from the continent or Asians.
Highly recommended!
