The hotel is not bad, but it was dirty. I would rate the breakfast a three. I wouldn't come back for the second time.

Crown Hotel well situated, helpful staff, able to rent motorcycle, though reception is not 24/7 as came back late to no one there. Nice cozy sized rooms. Allowed early check in for no extra fee. Swimming pool is quite small & variety for breakfast was more lunch orientated. Beach nearby. Swimming pool is small and closes 10pm. Bar no longer available as closed after covid.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel for three days. The view of the city and the seashore was beautiful which was a plus for me. But we did experience a minor issue with the hair dryer in our room, as it seemed broken and we were concerned it might overheat or cause a fire. However, the staff responded promptly and provided a replacement, which we appreciated.
As for the breakfast, the food was good and satisfying, but the menu was the same each day. It would be even better if there were some variety from day to day.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the helpful service.

Room was perfect but the WiFi was weak. The staff were very nice helpful and moved me to another room. Breakfast is great too, would stay here again if the WiFi signal is improved.

Old style Vietnamese hotel but the room and service is quite good. Great view with giant window. Close to the beach.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. We stayed here for about 2 weeks, and it worked out to roughly 1100 rubles per night. The location is good, a bit removed from the tourist hustle and bustle, and prices at nearby establishments are lower than, say, in the northern part of the city. There's even a bus stop right by the hotel where we'd catch marshrutkas/buses. The furniture isn't new, but it wasn't uncomfortable, although the bed did creak a bit. The breakfasts are indeed a bit repetitive, but we never missed one during our entire stay and always left feeling full; everything was tasty. The front desk staff always accommodated our requests for extra bottles of water, which we appreciated! On the top floor, there's a pool with cool water and something resembling a gym, which we actually managed to use. Our rooms were cleaned well, and all the staff were always friendly. The only significant downside to this hotel is the Wi-Fi, which constantly disconnected from devices or failed to load. I couldn't work remotely with it, and sometimes even just two of us couldn't browse social media together.

I had a free breakfast for my Trip.com loyalty level, but they still charged me 200,000 VND for it. After I showed the reception that I had a free breakfast, they told me they didn't care and wanted my money.
