Anrizon Hotel Nha Trang in Nha Trang

A very bad experience.
Instead of a lobby, there was a restaurant. But thanks to the girls at the reception desk—they were nice and kept my luggage while I waited to check in. The room was ready for check-in at 1:00 p.m. - great!

You have to walk with your suitcases to another entrance. Lots of elevators, people, waiting. 😵💫
They gave me a room without a balcony, even though I booked one with a balcony. I had to go downstairs and ask for a new room. Don't believe the photos on the website—everything looks different!
There is no beautiful view.
There was no toilet paper, and they said that the hotel had run out.
You can hear your neighbors very clearly—it is impossible to relax or sleep.
You can hear noise from the street (on the 6th floor).
From morning to evening, there is some reconstruction from the neighbors.

There are many shops and services in the area, which is very convenient, but there are also too many tourists, which makes it uncomfortable to be there.

I wanted to escape. Fortunately, they agreed to cancel my reservation except for one night. I moved to another hotel, which was much more comfortable.
