Royal HPM Hotel in Nha Trang

Cockroaches! Quite simply the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We reported the cockroaches and other critters in our room to have a staff member spray one corner and tell us to get on with it. We asked to move rooms declined. We found between 10-15 cockroaches in the room and decided enough was enough and we left. Hotel refused a refund. Also they took our washing to clean and gave it back to us wet and more dirty than we left it. Do not stay here

Ac didnt work well. Bed was itchy. Hot water didnt work.

The photos are misleading. The rooms are very different from the photos. Overall, feels more like a motel than a 3 star hotel. I would book a slightly more expensive hotel if I were you.

The hotel is located in a side street which is quite difficult to find, but this does not cancel out the strong noise from the road from the construction site and from the nightclub! The hotel is absolutely not worth the money! The staff makes you want to leave this hotel right away. The staff is not happy when you arrive. They apparently give all the guests a room on the same floor, so all night you have to listen to music from the next room and the screams of other people, you know what kind of screams (families with children cannot stay in this hotel) During the day until late in the evening, construction noise at night The nightclub is noisy and the neighbors won't be able to sleep! The room is very small, things are at the front door, the closet is very small, only a handbag can fit, the room is very small, probably the smallest in the city! The pool is broken and small, there are no mattresses on the sun loungers. The price does not correspond at all to a hotel or, should I say, a motel
