TITAN HOTEL in Nha Trang

Be very careful when booking to check if the room has windows. My room smelled awful, and the windows faced inwards, which made me not want to return to the room. Plus, when I checked in, I arrived at night and was met by an admin at the reception who was rudely smoking a cigarette right there. I wouldn't come back to this hotel.

I stayed for 8 days in room 301, the 'Premier' room. It was worse than a budget room. The walls had terrible water stains from a flood. When I checked in, the sink's plumbing was broken, and the sink itself had rusty streaks. They never fixed it during my 8-day stay. The linens weren't white, but dark grey. The towels looked like rags. To set the safe code, you have to go to reception for a key. The window overlooked a large dumpster. There's no refrigerator, just a mini-bar cabinet that doesn't cool at all. The TV channels were terrible quality – you couldn't see anything. It's about a 3-minute walk to the sea. Roosters crowed 24/7!!! There was absolutely no soundproofing. Tiny ants were everywhere. The air conditioner was noisy. The room slippers looked like a cow had chewed on them before they were put in the room. There's no full partition in the shower, so the whole bathroom turns into a swamp when you shower. They've turned the ground floor lobby into a bike garage – it's impossible to get through, as bikes are ridden right into it. At reception, they're constantly eating. When you ask for something, they say 'OK' but do nothing.
