the staff were phenomenal! helpful kind and gracious.

Clean, cheap but terious breakfast. Room quite smaller than expected, suggest to book the room in front side that better view and more confortable

A lot of noise from outside even on 10th floor, fungus in the bathroom, make up residu on one of the pillows. Location is good, close to the beach pool is small but nice, Breakfast is good.

I wouldn't really recommend this hotel. It's quite expensive for the service you get. We were supposed to arrive at 7am but our bus arrived earlier than expected so we got to our hotel at 4.30am and it wasn't possible to get a room even if we paid for it.
When we checked in we got an upgrade but the room we got was so small we are still wondering what our other room would have been like. There wasn't a window to outside and there was no room to open your suitcase.
The next again morning we were downstairs at 6.40am to ask if we could borrow towels as we were going to go diving. But this was only possible from 7am, even though we got them the morning before.
There are a lot of Russians in this hotel having parties in their rooms so the amount of sleep you get is a minimum.
Definitely not worth the money we spent at this hotel.
Apart from all of that the concierge was really sweet.
