Central location with amazing seaview. Staff was nice including receptionists Tiên & Thơm, and kitchen staff. Breakfast was good. Beds are huge. I'd definitely go back.

Everything was good except for one very bad thing: the housekeeping staff took a guest's shirt. I lost a shirt, but I had to go home to double-check if I had simply forgotten it, which is why I'm only leaving this review today. The hotel really needs to review the integrity of their housekeeping staff to avoid negatively impacting the hotel's reputation.

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite.
There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view.
On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

It's dirty, they clean it every day, but they never even washed the toilet... they just changed the towels, put the water on and slid a rag across the floor. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything, you can also hear it from the street, even with the windows closed. I don't recommend it. The view from the window and the location are great, but that's all the pros.

The case when you want to return to the hotel again. Location with an ocean view. Excellent service, attentive staff. Cleaning every day. Definitely recommend!

Bustling area, next to the beach, very cost-effective

Well apart from the some-what decent beds, wifi and reseption. There was nothing else good about this "majestic Hotel". In fact I'm highly surprised this is even a 3 star hotel. The stay here has been absolutely atrocious. These are my exact reasons:
Hotel guests smoking in the corridors.
Hotel guests creating loud racket for hours well past 1am in some causes.
Mold growing in the bathroom and on the walls.
The room looked uncleaned and Un-maintained for a number of days with dirt and grim on the walls in the cupboards and in the sink.
The "sky bar restaurant" was horrifying.
The food at breakfast was often stale.
The tables were dirty and crawling with ants.

My stay here has been possibly the worst and most unenjoyable stay I have ever had in a three star hotel. I do not recommend this.
