Located a 15-minute drive from the border, in the village of Tsandripsh.

The village is very quiet; a couple of grocery stores are open during the off-season.
During the season, cafes and water sports are open.
I didn't see any playgrounds.
Suitable for older couples and those who appreciate peace and quiet.

The hotel itself is wonderful, aesthetically pleasing, and tastefully renovated.
Complimentary tea and water from a cooler are available in the lobby. Water is also available on every floor.
There's a bar with alcoholic beverages and coffee.

There's an outdoor heated pool on site, one for adults and one for children, with a small slide.

The children's pool was warm, but work is currently underway to install an additional tent to heat the larger pool; the existing ones aren't capable of heating that much water.
There's also a small sauna near the pool; access was included in the price of your stay during the off-season. The hotel courtyard features a beautiful area with wicker furniture, a children's play area, and a conference room.

Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and rooms, and works perfectly.
Everything works without a VPN.

The phone automatically sets the time to Georgian time (+1).
But Abkhazia is on Moscow time.

Meals are buffet-style. In the off-season, there was enough food, but not an abundance.
Side dishes, meat dishes, sliced ​​vegetables, fruits, pickles, delicious fresh bread, a toaster, and a coffee machine with whole-bean coffee.

Adults are 1,000 rubles; an 8-year-old child was 500 rubles.

The standard room is small, but has everything you need. There's a tea set, a 0.5 bottle of water per person (you can refill it from the water cooler), a kettle, and a mini-fridge.
Amenities, robes, slippers, and beach towels are also included. There are family and comfort rooms.
Daily cleaning.
Ironing boards and irons are available on each floor.

The beach is wide, just across the street from the hotel, a 2-3-minute walk.
There are dogs on the way to the beach; they aren't aggressive, but they do require attention.
The hotel itself is 10/10, but you need to consider the specific conditions of Abkhazia itself.

A brand new hotel in Italian style. Clean, bright rooms, brand new plumbing. Pool, sauna. They bring bikes, ATVs, and scooters. They organized a festive program and dinner for February 23rd. Evening cinema. I've never met a more loyal staff. The guys did everything they could to ensure the guests' comfort. Bekmurza in the kitchen, Kevor at the driver's desk, Vika at the reception, and Rimma at the manager's desk—thank you all for a vacation that you did everything you could to make as comfortable as possible.
They should extend the pool heating, underfloor heating, and the advertised wellness program (organize regular transportation). The guys even organized private trips to the spa for me based on my recommendations.
And it's not true that the sea in Tsandripsh is dirtier than further away; the shore is simply different from Pitsunda.
A vacation for those who want to get away from the crowds and bustle.

Great hotel. We stayed in October 2025. Clean. The food was delicious and there was a good selection of dishes. Modern and stylish. There's an elevator. The beach is across the street. The border is 2 km away. We loved everything from start to finish!

We stayed at the hotel from August 9 to August 16. Room 417 Suite on the 4th floor. Thank you so much for the wonderful days spent at the hotel.
