A great place for a quiet, "Soviet" getaway. Almost exclusive these days. I really liked the architecture. While strolling along the seashore in Old Gagra in the evening, we stopped at a restaurant for dinner and strolled through the well-kept and beautiful hotel grounds. The kids' concept is excellent, the food is fantastic, the pool is always warm, the rooms are comfortable, the entertainment, yoga, and kids' club deserve special praise. The Villa Liona hotel left an unforgettable impression! Excellent service and cozy rooms. Our room was spotless. We were very pleased with the on-site parking—convenient for guests with cars. A great place for a quiet family vacation, spacious and bright rooms with all the amenities, a heated pool, and a rooftop steam room with stunning mountain views. The staff is also very professional and attentive. The only drawback is the lack of pork-free meat products, which is why my wife and I visited other establishments in the city.
