The room is good but there is a minus immediately after arrival in the toilet something smelled unpleasant. This is a fantastic European-level resort for relaxation and treatment! It features an indoor pool, a medical center, a spa area, restaurants, bars, promenades and relaxation areas, sun loungers and umbrellas by the sea, and free parking! The friendly staff is always happy to welcome you! The grounds are gated and guarded! I highly recommend it!

The food is excellent (+ 3 kg per week ;-)), the restaurant staff are always wearing masks and gloves, the territory is also excellent. Nice music in the corridors of the hotel does not play loudly (fans of pop will definitely not like it). A great place for a quiet, "Soviet" getaway. Almost exclusive these days. I really liked the architecture. The signature touch of the master – Soviet architect and Abkhazian Abu Alkhazov – is evident. Everything has been lovingly restored. It's a relaxing place. Excellent beach, clear sea. And quiet! None of the din of southern cafes or the noisy "Adler" embankment.

The hotel grounds are simply enormous. Plenty of greenery, a playground, a café, a hammam, and a swimming pool—all within the hotel grounds. The sea is just 10 meters away. A great location.

While strolling along the seashore in Old Gagra in the evening, we stopped at a restaurant for dinner and strolled through the well-kept and beautiful hotel grounds. The restaurant has very friendly staff, delicious shashlik, and grilled trout. There's live music on weekend evenings; we'll definitely be back.

We have a comfort room 3 building, everything is fine, a hairdryer in the room, a refrigerator, a TV, the room is cleaned every day, a wide balcony overlooking the sea, three meals a day, our own sunbeds and umbrellas, the only negative is the road in front of the building, but I don’t was a particular inconvenience, the room also has air conditioning.
