Orhideja hotel in Gagra

My friends and I stayed at the Orchid Hotel for a week.
However, just one day was enough for us to fall in love with this place.
We were greeted with a smile. Special thanks to the girls who fed us delicious food and served us with warmth. 🤗
The rooms were clean.
I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

We stayed from September 11-18, 2023. The hotel feels more like a hotel. It's located about 50 meters from the sea. The rooms are standard (shower, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer. A kettle is missing, though). There's an iron on each floor.
Meals include breakfast and dinner (buffet style), with lunch available for an additional fee. The cafeteria on the fifth floor offers stunning sea views. The food was excellent. Everything was fresh, delicious, and homemade.
The staff was friendly. The girls at reception were helpful with any questions. Valera, the beach worker, was very friendly and responsible. Special thanks to him.
In front of the hotel is a beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, which were replenished every morning.
Parking is available on site.
The only downside is the poor housekeeping service, even though it was cleaned every day. The bathroom was generally dirty, with strange stains and spills. It was unpleasant.

We'd like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire hotel staff. Everyone is so friendly, smiling, and polite, creating a truly relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Everything is great. I liked it very much.

Stayed at the hotel for 10 days from 19.05.21.
Checked in at 2 p.m. Single room with a mountain view. The room has a bed, two tables, a table with a mirror, a refrigerator, a TV, a shower room with a toilet, a balcony with chairs. The room was clean, wet cleaning was performed every day, linen was changed on the 5th day of arrival.
Breakfast is included in the room rate, buffet principle.
Sample menu, milk porridge, two types of cheese, sausage slices, butter, one type of pastry, two types of garnish, scrambled eggs, boiled sausages, two types of salad, cottage cheese casserole, sour cream, jam. Coffee tea milk.
Simple, delicious, just the right thing for breakfast.
The staff are helpful and friendly.
There is a beach near the hotel (first line), free sun beds and umbrellas are offered. Beach workers, who also act as rescuers, can help provide first aid in an emergency ..
Bottom line:
I liked the hotel everyone.
Rest in Abkhazia-Gagra met all my expectations. Thanks for the hospitality. We will definitely come again.
