We are resting for the second time, we really like it, if Abkhazia is a country of the soul, then this is a hotel for the soul! Own beach, clean, with sunbeds, awnings, towels. Gorgeous Greenery in which the hotel is buried, magical air! Small but heated pool, kids love it! There is animation - children are entertained throughout the day, until late in the evening. The food is excellent (+ 3 kg per week ;-)), the restaurant staff are always wearing masks and gloves, the territory is also excellent. Nice music in the corridors of the hotel does not play loudly (fans of pop will definitely not like it). The staff at the front desk is responsive and friendly, they always helped in solving problems. As for the roads, it would not hurt those who are not happy to plunge...

A great place for a quiet, "Soviet" getaway. Almost exclusive these days. I really liked the architecture. The signature touch of the master – Soviet architect and Abkhazian Abu Alkhazov – is evident. Everything has been lovingly restored. It's a relaxing place. Excellent beach, clear sea. And quiet! None of the din of southern cafes or the noisy "Adler" embankment.

The hotel grounds are simply enormous. Plenty of greenery, a playground, a café, a hammam, and a swimming pool—all within the hotel grounds. The sea is just 10 meters away. A great location.

While strolling along the seashore in Old Gagra in the evening, we stopped at a restaurant for dinner and strolled through the well-kept and beautiful hotel grounds. The restaurant has very friendly staff, delicious shashlik, and grilled trout. There's live music on weekend evenings; we'll definitely be back.

A wonderful hotel, one of the best in Abkhazia. We've come here for the second time. The kids' concept is excellent, the food is fantastic, the pool is always warm, the rooms are comfortable, the entertainment, yoga, and kids' club deserve special praise. I had room 421. It overlooked the city and the unfinished building (it didn't spoil the view), as they said, you should look higher up. The room is spacious, modern, and recently renovated. Superb. The food was excellent. No lobster, but otherwise, a solid 5. Overall, my impressions of the hotel were very positive; it would put many European and African hotels to the test!
