Питание: К услугам гостей столовая и летнее кафе – бар, предлагающие блюда европейской, русской и абхазкой кухни. Меню по заказу.

Пляж: Отель расположен в центре города, на берегу моря. Пляж отеля песчаный, оснащен кабинами для переодевания, шезлонги и зонты предоставляются бесплатно.

Уборка: Ежедневная уборка номера. Смена постельного белья 1 раз в 3 дня, возможна досрочная платная замена белья и полотенец. Стирка личных вещей и белья постояльцев оплачивается по отдельному счету.

Как добраться: Доехать до нас можно: поездом или самолетом – до г. Адлер, далее на общественном транспорте или на такси (8 км от ж/д вокзала, 15 км от аэропорта), до пограничного поста на р. Псоу (до границы России и Абхазии). После самостоятельного прохождения паспортного и таможенного контроля до места отдыха можно доехать на автобусе, маршрутном такси или воспользоваться услугами частных водителей.
Необходимые для заезда документы: документ, подтверждающий российское гражданство (российский паспорт). Для детей – разрешение от родителей (при поездке ребенка с другими сопровождающими лицами) и свидетельство о рождении.

Трансфер: Трансфер (обычный)- 600р. с человека (Адлер, аэропорт/ вокзал –отель) с 7.00ч. до 20.00ч.. Детский билет: - до 5 лет включительно (без места)-бесплатно
- с 5 до 10 лет - детский с местом – 300р.

This is a great hotel on the first beach. The only thing between it and the sea is the promenade. It has a nice beach, and the hotel provides free sun loungers and umbrellas. There's a café and a bar with a sea view. The food is fine. There are inexpensive, high-quality, air-conditioned eateries nearby. The room has everything you need, and the bathroom is clean and mold-free. Everything works properly. There's a boiler, so there's always hot water. There's a plasma TV, a refrigerator, and a lifesaver. The beds are decent and comfortable. I was missing a couple of plates and utensils in my room, but you can ask at reception, and they'll provide everything. You can wash your clothes in the washing machine for a fee. The atmosphere is calm and safe. You can definitely choose this hotel. Our family liked it. One thing. When I asked if I could pay by card, they said yes. In fact, it turns out you can transfer money using your mobile phone. That's the same almost everywhere. Only the pharmacy had a terminal for cashless payments. But you will always be given internet access so that you can transfer payments whether on land, on water, or in the mountains.

We rested in Poseidon hotels from 15.09 to 23.09 21g. The hotel is very cozy, by the sea, clean, cleaned every day, linen is changed after three days, the staff is polite, friendly, starting with the manager who showed and told everything, as well as the cleaning lady and the bar lady. Thank you all for the comfort, kindness and a great time at the Poseidon Hotel! We advise you to visit this hotel, you will be satisfied!

The rooms are nice. I especially liked the two-room suite. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. One balcony has a view of the mountains, the other of the sea. It's right on the beachfront with its own private beach and sun loungers.
Now for the downsides: some rooms smell of sewage coming from the pipes. The hotel is located in the center of Gagra, with cafes playing loud music on both sides. The music, especially the bass, is clearly audible in the rooms. It makes it difficult to fall asleep at night.
