Located in the resort village Tsandripsh, 3 km from the Russian-Abkhaz border, 8 km from railway station, 15 km from the airport in Adler.

Consists of 28 one-story wooden eco-cottages.

The hotel has 28 rooms.

Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, 300 m from the hotel, the third coastline.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-out time: check in 14.00 check out 12.00.

Note: additional charge for one-time resort fee in the amount of 50 rubles (in accordance with the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia).

Good evening. Rested from 16 to 22 July 2022. The location is good, shops are within walking distance, the sea ⛵ is also relatively not far away. The sea is worried this year and the weather hasn’t spoiled. The food is not bad in principle, there is no butter for breakfast, no coffee either, vegetables in general are a luxury for lunch. For 6 days, they gave butter once, and then for dinner. The staff is friendly. The manager Dmitry is attentive and friendly. This place is calm and cozy for families with children, a playground for the little ones. There is no swimming pool on site.

The food is way below average. The concept of freshness is not about Abkhazia. Coffee is only instant 3 in 1, compotes for lunch seem fermented, there are no fruits, vegetables were only 2 times, there are no pastries, you can’t buy them anywhere even in the village. Of the pluses in the dining room you can buy beer, wine and other non-alcoholic drinks. The territory and the houses are clean and well-groomed, there is no sound insulation, in addition, local workers listened loudly to music on the territory at night. On the territory there are practically ruins from the playground and a non-working bar. The toilet smells of hydrogen sulfide due to impurities in the water. The electricity went out a couple of times, the air conditioner and the water heater were turned off, because of this it was hot in the house and it was impossible to wash. The staff is terrible, the locals are real racists in relation to the Russians, which is strange, because without us they would be sitting by candlelight like that. The taxi driver-security guard at the hotel once threw us and cursed us, driving only half the way, because of which we had to walk a couple of kilometers in 32-degree heat. The administrator generally cannot influence the behavior of the staff in any way, either he is afraid of the locals, or he has no influence on them.
There are no cafes and restaurants, supermarkets in the village. Only stalls and canteens. Entertainment other than drinking, swimming in the sea and excursions can not be found. I do not recommend.

We rested in this boarding house in August, I liked everything, cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, you can order additional dishes for an extra charge, you can use the laundry and wash and iron the linen if necessary. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the boarding house, the children did not bother walking to the sea, in general, everything is fine !!!

Clean well-groomed territory, very cozy houses with all amenities, Wi-Fi speed throughout the territory is not very high, but it was enough to watch a movie. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious, though if you buy accommodation with meals, then the portions are not large. We reached the sea with a child in a stroller in 7-10 minutes.
