Description

This Guesthouse is located in Pitsunda, in walking distance from the beach. The pension is a Park of evergreen boxwood, juniper, cypress and a variety of colors. Work period: from 24 April to 10 November.

Location: 7 km from Pitsunda, 56 km from the railway station or airport in Adler, about 40 km from the Russian-Abkhazian border.

Consists of a 10-storey building.

The hotel has 386 rooms, 100 of them with sea view. All rooms have a shared air conditioning system.

Water supply: cold water constantly, hot – daily schedule.

Beach: private pebbly beach, 150 m from the pension, the first coastal line. Equipped with plastic deckchairs and umbrellas. Rental boats, catamarans, "banana".

A wonderful boarding house with a huge, beautiful, and well-maintained private grounds, a wide beach area with umbrellas, awnings, and sun loungers. There are four cafes and a variety of food options to suit every taste. There are two swimming pools, but the water is cool (we wish it were warmer), so we didn't dare swim. There are playrooms with entertainers for the children. The room is excellent, clean, everything is new, and the maids (we stayed on the third floor) are wonderful, polite and attentive. The girls at reception and where we booked the transfer were also friendly. The transfer is included in the price, which is a plus and makes getting from Adler to the boarding house easier and more convenient.

I recommend it!!!

Good day. We vacationed with our family for a week in early June. Everything was great, the comfort room was good, the maid cleaned, but not every day. The food was excellent, tasty and filling. The sea was cold, but we still swam. The pools leave much to be desired because they are DIRTY and impossible to swim in. The warm pool is 26-27 degrees, it's indoor, you need to wear swimming caps, and that's fine! But the sides need to be replaced, they are completely yellow, God forbid they start to fall off! The outdoor pool is much worse, small children just go there to go to the toilet, and on the bottom there is DIRT and MOLD in the form of two circles (I saw it myself, but didn't take a photo). The pool is very nice and has a great view. Irresponsible parents should be fined 5,000 rubles for allowing their children to pee in the pool (they should sprinkle a special powder that turns blue when they pee in the pool) and cleaned thoroughly so that people don't want to swim there. There's plenty of vegetation and trees, and there's even a mini-zoo with rabbits and raccoons. Thank you for your attention!

We stayed at this resort on March 8th and wanted to leave within the first few hours. I feel sorry for anyone coming here for two weeks or more on their only vacation of the year. The buffet food is uneatable; everything is so tasteless and unsightly, and for three days we were finishing what we hadn't finished before. The pastries are all wooden, the eclairs are without filling—I've never seen anything like it. The rice in the salad is raw... and so much more. The pool is completely moldy and needs serious renovation. The Vershina restaurant has prices like a good Sochi restaurant and has excellent food. I don't know, maybe we were just unlucky, but for 7,000 rubles a night in Abkhazia you can definitely find a decent vacation. Naturally, it's more expensive in the summer! The beach has old, shabby sun loungers, the rooms were apparently busy, and overall there were no complaints about the rooms, but the elevators are terrible, the windows on the floors have never been cleaned and some need replacing. I don't understand how such poor conditions can get so many positive reviews (which is what I fell for). Overall, if you don't want to be disappointed with your vacation, I don't recommend this place at any price.
