I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Bed linen, pillows of good quality, which is important on vacation. Calm, clean air, great yard. There is a smart TV, the quality of the Internet is excellent, there are no complaints. If instead of a pond they made a heated pool (the more the better), this hotel would not have a price. The location allows.

Now (beginning of May) we are resting here, absolutely delighted! The East Room is amazing! The bed is straight royal :))) the floors are warm, there is air conditioning. The area is very cozy! Everything is done with love, there are swings, there is a decorative pond, water murmurs pleasantly, a lot of greenery, birds sing, a kind of small oasis)) there are very affectionate cats :))
The home cooking is delicious! Khinkali divine)))
There is Wi-Fi, the signal is excellent, there were no problems with the Internet (I work, the Internet is very important to me).
It takes a few minutes to walk to the sea, walking along the sea along the pine grove is an incredible pleasure! The air is clean, walking is very pleasant.

The hotel is very cozy. Suitable for families, even with small children. The rooms are comfortable, they look like they have been renovated, everything is fresh, clean and with an interesting oriental style. Friendly helpful staff. On the territory of the hotel there are 2 cafes where you can eat very tasty food (large selection of dishes)
It took 5-7 minutes to reach the sea with children.

We stayed in this cozy mini-hotel with a family. The hotel is located in the private sector of the resort village within walking distance to the sea. The territory is clean and well-groomed, a lot of greenery. There is a playground, swings, benches, a decorative pool. We lived in one of the rooms called "East". Comfortable, spacious room with a "fresh" renovation. Clean bed, comfortable mattresses, good plumbing. The room had a safe and a small refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, spacious balcony. The rooms are well soundproofed. There is a laundry service for things that you can then iron on your own. There is a Dining Room on the territory, in which they cook deliciously and efficiently, I would say at home. Many thanks for this to Annette, Olga and Margarita. And they always have very tasty homemade cakes, we recommend! I would also like to say a special thank you to the maid Svetlana for maintaining cleanliness and order, for the friendly attitude towards the guests! Of the "Cons" only one - HORRIBLE WI-FI. It was generally impossible to connect in the room, it worked normally only at some points on the territory. Other than that, we really enjoyed it!
