The room was cleaned every day, they washed the floor, took out the trash, the toilet smelled like a train. The bed was not made, the shoes were thrown into one pile. The toilet. Boom. There was! But there was no air freshener, there were disposable shampoo and soap! Here they wrote that the pool was dirty. I will say that when we were there the pool was cleaned more than once (and we came for 4 days) the water was crystal clear, it was nice to swim! Of the minuses, right next to the pool and the barbecue area, there was a sewage leak, there was a stench. You can't lie down at Basik's if the wind is blowing in your direction))) well, the same goes for the sea, don't go to the right, it stinks there. There were only three umbrellas on the beach. Food! You can find something to eat. But the food runs out quickly. The shashlik is not tasty. When we remarked that it wouldn't hurt to learn how to make tasty shashlik, they answered us "we'll figure it out without you" lunches and dinners in the canteen are not tasty and you also have to clean up after yourself, self-service, don't forget! The restaurant on the 2nd floor, my God, it's like heaven and earth! The staff is polite! The dishes are delicious! The prices were a pleasant surprise! On the excursion we went to Sukhum. When you go there for lunch (they will take you to the canteen), I warn you, it's not tasty!!! And very expensive! Oh! And one more thing! There is only bagged coffee there!!!! There is no tasty Turkish coffee!!!!! And the trash cans are only at the entrance to the dining room! Despite the minuses, we had a good time! There are a lot of vacationers with children here, if you want to have a quiet rest, then this is not it! It is better to close the door at night, there is also a chance that a cat or dog will come in at night and lie down nearby. But in general, of course, the owners are great! Beautiful hotel, cool pool! The sea is nearby! You just need to not stop there! Make a cool reception, offer champagne to brighten up the wait). The staff should be friendlier.

The hotel itself is excellent, interesting rooms in the form of separate houses, a swimming pool with a gorgeous sea view. But all these advantages were overshadowed by the restaurant located in this hotel.
There are not enough waiters when the hall is at least half full, and even if there are no visitors, you need to wait 10-15 minutes until someone approaches you, and sometimes you have to go and place an order yourself.
There are few dishes on the menu, for 3 days their entire assortment becomes obsolete.
