We arrived at 11am, check-in at 2pm, the receptionists were rude and unfriendly, on the very first evening I tripped and broke my nail, they ended up removing it, the renovations in the new building were not finished, everything was still raw, and we had to pay extra for this room, they forced us to take out insurance, although the insurance was included in the voucher. They said we would not check you in until you paid the insurance. When I showed my nail at the reception they told me what we had to do with it! The food was so-so, canteen food. The insurance paid for the operation.

A terrible place, not worth the money. We arrived with our family by car. The entrance to the parking lot, if you can call it a parking lot, is in a state of extreme disrepair. A steep climb littered with trash and tree branches, at the end of which concrete had once been poured, and cars had subsequently driven over it, leaving huge ruts. We arrived late and were given a room on the 8th floor of the old building. Upon exiting the elevator, we were greeted by a torn sofa with foam sticking out. It's unclear what purpose it serves, but it adds to the shabby decor. The door to the room is metal, of the cheapest kind, bent inward, apparently someone didn't want to leave and tried to force it open. The room is very small inside, and the decor is as shabby as the rest of the hotel. There is air conditioning, but it makes a noise like a tractor, making it impossible to sleep. When we complained, we were told nothing could be done at the moment except submit a request, and maybe a repairman would come tomorrow and try to fix it. There was no hot water; it wasn't turned on until the morning. There's no phone in the room, so you have to walk to reception to make any questions or suggestions. The bed linens, especially the blankets, reeked of dirt; we slept under the duvet covers. They didn't change the bed linens even once in seven days, and towels were only changed upon request. There's absolutely no drinking water anywhere; the receptionist explained that the hotel taps were pure mountain water, safe and drinkable! The power goes out five times a day. The WiFi is terrible, constantly disconnecting or completely disappearing. The water in the pools is dirty, barely visible at the bottom. As for food, it's a buffet, where you have to search for anything edible. All the sun loungers on the beach are dirty and broken. Overall, overwhelmed by such hospitality, we decided to spend the night and leave the next day. We packed our things and went to reception. The receptionist started threatening us with a money-back guarantee. After a conversation, she suggested we look at another room. We checked it out, and the air conditioning wasn't noisy. The rest of the renovations were a bit more recent, but overall, it was just as disappointing. We decided to stay, as getting a refund wasn't quick, and we needed a place to stay. Overall, the hotel was extremely run-down and dirty. I really regret wasting my time and money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; don't be fooled by the good reviews. It was a huge disappointment.

As a person who gave 200,000 for this "wonderful" place, I will write everything as it is:
1. There is nothing for children here!
No food, no animation, no water! Carl, they don't give water here!

2. Before giving money, make sure that you are NOT settled in room 930 (junior suite).
In this room - the roof is leaking, there is no water at all (you will have to flush the toilet with the help of an abracadabra spell), the remote control for the air conditioner is hidden behind seven locks, half of the furniture is missing, and toilet paper and soap are not given out, apparently a room for those who want to take a Spartan course and ready to dry himself with his hands, and wash his hands after that for wimps.
Yes, and there is a ghost of a prodigal tourist in the room, the doors open and close on their own, then when they want.
3. Nutrition - this is something that can be praised. Eyes dim from abundance - here you have buckwheat and overcooked pasta. And if you were born under a lucky star, then you can even meet a melon, but this is not certain, maybe it was glitches from starvation and I confused it with cucumbers.
4. The sea is good, the main thing is to reach it!
Here you will face the following tests - a non-working elevator and two stages with steps, but you will pump up your legs if you don’t break on the stairs.

In comparison with this boarding house, any 3-star hotel in Turkey will seem to you an unsurpassed masterpiece of the hotel business!
