We stayed at the hotel for a week with a group of children in April. The location was very convenient, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was polite and friendly. The room was cleaned and towels were changed. We felt comfortable and cozy. Meals were arranged at a nearby cafe, which was a real help. Overall, New Athos is a wonderful place; we want to come back. Excellent hotel. The special atmosphere is created by the manager Marina, incredibly hospitable, you just get a positive charge right away upon check-in! The staff is friendly. The rooms are cozy, clean. I got into rooms with a balcony and overlooking the sea twice. It is located near the main tourist attractions, 10 minutes from the sea.

We stayed in early September and really enjoyed everything: the cottage, the food, and the large pool with clean water, but we preferred the sea. The staff was very polite and explained everything, even if it wasn't clear. We really enjoyed it.

We stayed at the hotel in September. Compared to the surrounding Abkhazia, the hotel looks fresh and modern. As with any hotel, there were a few downsides, but for us, they were minor and didn't spoil the overall experience. The hotel is very good. We stayed at the end of June 2023. The food is delicious, and the chefs are great! Special thanks to the barbecue attendant, who cooks the shashlik perfectly without overcooking it. The place is very good, the location, the sea is nearby, but there are a few BUT !!! Look at the photo of the bathroom more attentively))) There is nothing for vegetarians! There is a choice for breakfast, but not much. The location is far from Athos, there are no shops nearby.

Great dinner by the sea!! The usual menu, waited 20 minutes for cooking. small portions, no frills food! It costs expensive! I didn’t like chacha, the wine is OK!!! The second time did not go!!!

The cafe was chosen based on reviews. The food is delicious, hot. We had dinner, the fish was cooked on the coals for 30 minutes. Please note that fish (charcoal trout) in the menu for 100 gr - 150 rubles. But the fish has weight :) only the fish cost 800 rubles. French chicken is delicious. Recommended! And one more feature of this cafe: beer is served, but the toilet is 10 meters away for a fee!...

Great tasty food. They cook with soul and the proof of this is a full boarding every evening. Very tasty. Reasonable prices, genuinely friendly people. Thank you!

The problem with the chimney in the kitchen: the smoke spreads to the ground and there is a chance to smoke at a table by the sea! Olivier of an unexpected recipe: with carrot shavings and pepper!
