And the owners are amazing! They're truly lovely! The property is fenced, there are security cameras, a large parking lot, a playground, and everything is well-maintained and beautiful! As a photographer, it's a treat for the eyes! The panoramic windows in the hotel rooms with sea views are simply wow! And you can even see dolphins just offshore 😍 We'd love to come back!
You can see the sea even from your bed. It was quiet, there was no smell of tobacco, and even the children didn't scream. Maybe it was just a coincidence? - but everything was great for us
These are suggestions, not complaints, as these little details are completely insignificant to us personally. We absolutely loved this wonderful new hotel right on the beach
We loved this place! So much so that after visiting once, we returned six months later with my mom – we wanted to show her this atmospheric, peaceful, and cozy spot! There are two accommodation options on the property – cottages and a hotel (we stayed in both 🔥)
The only things I would like to change are that the girl who checked us in would show us the dining room and tell us how the cafe works

Really liked the food, generous portions. Great view and terrace. Very nice stuff and service which is not so common in Abkhazia. Prices are a bit on a higher side

I stayed at the Inter-Sukhum Hotel in September 2022. The hotel's advantage is its location. The sea, embankment, cafes, shops, and market are within walking distance. The hotel itself is not bad, but requires renovation
There is a swimming pool on the premises. The rooms are small, there is a refrigerator and TV. The only negative for me is the lighting in the room. Even with all the lights on, the room is dark
The food is hearty, the plumbing in the rooms barely alive. Very close to the sea, our balcony was overlooking the sea and mountains. The girls at the reception are absolutely not friendly
Audibility is wild, and it's out of season. What's at the top here? You can hear the whole corridor and neighbors
Breakfast was included in my stay, but if you wish, you can choose 3 meals a day. It is possible to pay for meals at the hotel. The choice of dishes is not large, but I did not go hungry
There are coolers with drinking water on each floor. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful
