Rooms are perfectly cleaned. The price is the best in Permet City absolutely the 1/2 to 1/4 price of the other hotels in the zone. Is wrote Guest house but is 100% an hotel. The wifi internet is include in price and TV are android, so kids can see cartoons, not need an air conditioner, but the rooms have their own air conditioner with wireless remote, the aroma of the room is amazing. About the Service is 5stars. All I need for 5 minutes. A very friendly guy than said me 6 times thank you. Easy communication. About the location, is in center of Permeti. Easily to find every think , the car parking is free behind the building. The Nayborhood are amazing. If you ask someone what flowers did you plant in your balcony they will gift you a flower of the plant.
Compere with Hotel Permeti than I was there, 50M from here, this is much better and the price is 1/4 with there. Price/quality report is the best in Permeti. I will come back next time in Guest House Kondili.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Hot water and air condition/heating. Lovely interior design and a new bathroom. Very friendly and helpful host. Parking space for free. Location directly on the main road. We can recommend this place when visiting Permet!

Excellent hospitality, wonderful hotel with such nicely renovated rooms and a very kind, agreeable owner, not to mention such a reasonable price. 120% recommended.
