Located at the edge of the town within easy reach of the centre, restaurants and bars. Our room was small but comfortable. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was varied and plentiful using local produce with the option of eating in or out. The family were extremely helpful.

Great hotel. Right in the heart of the town but away from any noise. The beds are super comfortable and it has a real shower with a shower door, which is bizarrely rare in Europe. I’d definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it doesn’t have the view of the mountains like other hotels. Rather, a pleasant view of a courtyard.

Amazing views from the hotel to the mountain. The restaurant where breakfast is served is on the roof, so it is beautiful to sit and eat whilst taking in the spectacular views. Fantastic location, 1 minute walk from the Grand Bizarre and 1 minute in the other direction to the cathedral. Restautants and bars are on the doorstep. Breakfast was the best that I have had so far in Albania with much more choice and food being replenished. Can't get any where more central, right in the square. Vehicles only allowed so far , it's a 5 minute walk. Easy check-in, lift temperamental, room clean and tidy, comfortable bed, decent shower. Facing the main square Hotel Cajupi is close to many restaurants. The outdoor dining area on the top floor offers a panoramic view ot the town and nearby plains. Rooms were clean with consistent wi-fi access. The hotel offer a modest breakfast buffet. When I dined there the only fruit served was sliced watermelon. The coffee was also weak.

A strange hotel. Well located next to the old city and bazaar. Externally, the building is from the communist era, with pretensions of luxury, but with maintenance defects. The place exceeded our expectations. We booked primarily to ensure that we could easily park the car. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, which made overall experience great. The location was also great. You need to hike up to the main sites but it’s pretty close and it is a calm place for sleeping.

After several days of hiking across through the valley and staying as a guest in farmhouses along the trail, this hotel was a welcoming comfort: central location, easy to locate, clean room, decent shower and Wi-Fi connection. Beautiful hotel in an incredible setting. The road up is challenging but they provide YouTube videos which are very helpful, and taxis up and down are inexpensive if you prefer not to drive it yourself. Would very much recommend a stay here!

There were 18 of us from Yongo tour. This hotel managed to put us all in. Some of us had small rooms but mine, No.103 on the ground floor was spacious with 3 windows but no balcony. The restaurant was closed the first night and they changed our room from one big bed to 5 kids beds which was odd. Just finished our 2 night stay at this hotel. The beds are so comfortable and the view of the hotel is incredible. However the best thing about this place is the wonderful staff. There is not a lot of basic accomodation in this region. And it is as it is known as a 3 star. The room is not spacious. But very clean. The lacking part was the breakfast. The service was so poor , it was sad. They need a new chef. They need staff with passion. Close to the vjosa river and places to eat. A lot of history.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Literally at the entrance of the old city. The rooms are big (we had room 201) and the AC works really well. Washroom was completely redone. Breakfast was good. This hotel is outside Girokaster city (6km) but is clean, cozy and it offers good prices.

The host is very responsive and also the rooms are very comfortable 👌

I had a very pleasant stay in this room. It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast was also tasty, with a nice variety that set me up well for the day. Overall, it felt welcoming and comfortable—exactly what I needed.

An amazing hoter to stay in your vacations in Albania. The room was big, very cozy and clean. The owners and staff of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful!!! Great people!!! The breakfast was also very good with variety of local products!! In our next vacation in Albania, we will definitely visit Hotel Selfo again!!

Fantastic hotel, overnight stay, we arrived in the middle of the night and were received very warmly. The breakfast is fantastic and the prices are more than acceptable.
