Large, comfortable rooms right on the main square. Very close to restaurants and cafes. The views are lovely. We stay there on each visit.

Two weeks ago I was staying at Hotel Përmeti for a couple of days and what impressed me more was their help when I fell ill with a virus, they were so cordial to let me keep the room till when my ride back home came by, I am grateful to the staff for this little help that made all the difference. The hotel is in the city center, everything is less than 10min away on foot. The room is refurbished and very clean.

There is not a lot of basic accomodation in this region. And it is as it is known as a 3 star.
The room is not spacious. But very clean.
The lacking part was the breakfast. The service was so poor , it was sad. They need a new chef. They need staff with passion.

The hotel is in center of city and near all main shoping and restaurants We had issues with our shower but they changed the room immediately Also the young gentleman at front desk was very very helpful I forgot his name but I am putting his picture here , if you visit this hotel do ask for him

Tout le personnel très sympathique. Ai obtenu ma chambre avant l'heure du check-in. Devant partit tôt, le petit déjeuner (excellent, salé, sucré) m'a été préparé à 7h le matin. Emplacement au top,

Villa Permeti is truly a hidden gem...somewhat off the beaten path from the city centre. But having navigated a couple of narrow cobblestone streets, the Villa Permeti is a welcome respite indeed. Although a small, boutique hotel, the establishment more than makes up with its excellently appointed rooms and fabulous dining room options offering wonderful Albanian country breakfasts, hearty lunches, and delightfully delicious dinners. The tasty local wine offerings are an added benefit. Very professional, courteous, and helpful staff paired with an extremely well cared for hotel facility including immaculately tended accommodations...the Villa Permeti is not to be overlooked. Highly recommend !!!

Good clean hotel with air conditioning. Shower isn't amazing but a good experience nonetheless! On top of that it's very affordable!

Service, location and view was excellent, buffet was average, room was very large and newly redecorated but had some problems, the show was amazingly good. it was noisy and the bed was hard. Biggest problem was that the air conditioner/heater was completely broken and had also taken out one of the electrical outlets - and there was no refrigerator in the room.
