This is one of the top places I've visited in this area so far: good service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere from the very first steps. Amazing views, fresh air, and delicious food. They also offer guides, it depends on your interests if it’s a short or a long one. Definitely, I will be back again!!!!!

The resort is set in the most peaceful surroundings . From the second we arrived all the staff from the manager to the servers at dinner could not do more to help. We enjoyed the one night stay with family in the Natural Razma Resort. We booked via instagram 2 rooms (Baresha room for 5 persons and Quadruple room for 4 persons). Wish I stayed here longer! Immaculate room, fantastic dinner and breakfast, and all-round impeccable hospitality. My trekking plans changed during my time in Albania and my hosts even went out of the way to arrange for my bag to be transported from Theth to Shkoder to save me a long journey back. We loved our stay here! Our room was on the top floor with a fabulous balcony view. Note to those with large luggage - there is a narrow spiral staircase to the top floor, it might be an idea to take a small pack with just items for the nights spent here. the staff was incredibly friendly. We got a free upgrade to the Alpet Hotel, which is run by the same operator. So we had heating and more comfort at night. Everyone in the restaurant was very, very nice. the location was great for day trips
