We got a welcome drink at arrival. Everything was arranged nicely. Clean and nice bedroom. And we had a place to park our car.

I had a nice room with air conditioning close to the city centre that was very good value for money. David and his family are wonderful hosts and I highly recomend a stay here!

The hostel was underwhelming. I stayed with friends on two nights, one before the Valbona-Theth hike and one after. The dorm rooms we stayed in were quite small and the bunk beds were very rocky and felt unsafe. Nice staff helped to book transport to Valbona. Stayed in private room which was located in the "new building". Wasn't made clear building was completely separate from hostel (approx 10 min walk). Would avoid if looking for a hostel experience! Blocked drain resulted in flooded bathroom - very smelly. Not good value for money compared to other accomodation in Albania.

A brilliant hostel in a central location of the town, main building is lovely courtyard area with a cheap bar, free tea and coffee (and rakija) and lots of space. Everyone who is working there are speaking good english, the owner has a great attitude towards the personnel and that reflects on the great service. Also the owner knows everything you need to know. Stayed there for 1 night. The hostel is really clean and cosy. The hosts Gregor and Alexander were very helpful and nice. Great located in the center, just by the pedestrian street. Highly recommended in Skoder!

Great host and great hostel. We stayed in a double room that was clean, recently renovated, and brightly lit, with a large window onto the courtyard. The location is ideal on a side street off the main pedestrian zone, so it is quiet yet accessible. But best of all is the host, Gregor, who is unbelievably kind and welcoming and can help with any and all information you need on your travels.

Home hostel is very welcoming place with good location, and very kind host Gregor who is making you feel like home. Definitely, I would come back!

Amazing! I was visiting from Boston and loved my stay here. Gregor is super clean and nice, he even took the time to take me around the city and show me the beautiful attributes of Shkoder. The hostel is one minute away from the center of the city. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone. THE BEST!
