This is one of the top places I've visited in this area so far: good service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere from the very first steps. Amazing views, fresh air, and delicious food. The resort is set in the most peaceful surroundings . From the second we arrived all the staff from the manager to the servers at dinner could not do more to help. First thing we noticed during our stay is how friendly and polite were the staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is also really nice and big. The perfect place to spend the night before and after hiking in the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious as well as clean. Mixed Experience The room itself was nice but the elevator was broken and we were in 7th floor. The stairway has no working lights and was full of cigarette nuts, trash, and exposed wires. The window in the bathroom was without a curtain or blinds and looked directly down on their dining patio. The largest hotel in albania with flamboyant decoration. The dining hall is large. The room is also large. It was very cold when there was no carpet. Slippers provided were not suitable. The heater was poorly functioning. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and provided warmth.
