First thing we noticed during our stay is how friendly and polite were the staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is also really nice and big. Food and drinks are also extremely good with really reasonable priced. Over all we were very satisfied with our stay and definitely recommanded this place as we will be back 100%

We stoped only to eat lunch, the food was very tasty very large portions, and the service was the highest we ever had, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcom and even went out to buy us candels to celebrate birhday for our son....thank you sooo much

The perfect place to spend the night before and after hiking in the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious as well as clean. The food is super cooked and tastes great. The pool is large and there is room for everyone. The water is nice and warm (June), and after 3 days of hiking it is extra nice to take a dip in😊

Mixed Experience The room itself was nice but the elevator was broken and we were in 7th floor. The stairway has no working lights and was full of cigarette nuts, trash, and exposed wires. The window in the bathroom was without a curtain or blinds and looked directly down on their dining patio. We had to improvise a curtain so that we could shower or dress in the bathroom without exposing ourselves...

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are very kind and friendly — especially the restaurant staff! The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. We got breakfast in the morning and they prepared it for us because we were leaving early, which is the sweetest thing ever. This is one of my top hotels that I have been to. Above expectations. They are amazing hotel staff. Big rooms, huge bed, private parking. The staff is superior, caring, helpful and supportive. My daughter was not feeling well, so they helped with doctors, nurses and took care of everything. Recommend to everyone, I will definitely come back here again. I would rate them higher than a 10.

Alis Hotel was a great place to stay! The location is perfect—right in the center of Shkodër but still peaceful and quiet. The largest hotel in albania with flamboyant decoration. The dining hall is large. The room is also large. It was very cold when there was no carpet. Slippers provided were not suitable. The heater was poorly functioning. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and provided warmth.

There’s a market right downstairs which was super convenient, free parking, and I felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour surveillance and even a night worker keeping an eye on the cars. The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades
