We stayed in the hotel at the end of October. The hotel is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area higher up in the mountains of Albania. The hotel has been built to create rustic atmosphere. There is almost no plastic to be found in the hotel. The materials used are mostly rocks, wood and wrought iron, giving the whole place an almost medieval style. The tables are covered with tablecloth and the napkins are made of cloth. As a guest you get the impression that there is a lot of consideration for the environment. The whole place feels very much like a luxurious chalet style hotel in a ski resort. The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plenty and so were the evening meals. The prices are a bit higher than average, but it is definitely worth it. There is even a swimming pool and sauna. The whole hotel has WIFI coverage.

I didn’t like the service. The tables were dirty, the food was brought without napkins for our hands, and when I ordered a soup, it arrived after 15 minutes. The only good service was from the receptionist.

It wasn’t worth the price we paid. The bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner. The hair dryer didn’t work. The bed was not clean, and the towels were torn. The pool was cold, and the sauna didn’t work. We asked the reception many times, but they never fixed it. The waitter asked us and we explained all to him , he didn’t said even im sorry. We will not be coming back.

This is one of the top places I've visited in this area so far: good service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere from the very first steps.
Amazing views, fresh air, and delicious food.
They also offer guides, it depends on your interests if it’s a short or a long one.
Definitely, I will be back again!!!!!

For the price, the room quality is not good. You can find same thing with 45-50 euros.
And the food quality and service is bad.
The pie and pasta came way before salads. They were not bio at all, but with city and supermarket ingredients.
Disappointed.

Had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff were warm and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Great atmosphere, clean facilities, and overall a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely come back!

The resort is set in the most peaceful surroundings . From the second we arrived all the staff from the manager to the servers at dinner could not do more to help. The rooms were very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was so fresh and wholesome. We were all vegetarians and there were many v tasty options on the menu . Special thanks to Samuel who was really helpful with travel suggestions and so polite when serving dinner. Only small issue is the bathrooms are on the slightly small side but really not an issue that disturbed our stay Had an amazing trip and the whole family loved the place highly recommend

We enjoyed the one night stay with family in the Natural Razma Resort. We booked via instagram 2 rooms (Baresha room for 5 persons and Quadruple room for 4 persons). The food was delicious (grilled veggies, lamb, and homemade dairies from the inhabitants of Razëm). The swimming pool was big and the kids loved it. The staff and service is wonderful, helpful and remarkably polite. I highly recommend to all expats !

I thought might give it another chance and came back after a couple of years but got dissapointed again. The rooms are outdated, with worn furniture and old, uncomfortable beds. The toilet was equally disappointing, with visible signs of wear and poor maintenance. For the steep price they charge, I expected much better. The sauna had a bad smell, cramped, and not at all relaxing, also kept switching off from time to time. This place hasn’t been updated in years, yet they’ve increased the prices (€110 double room) and they’re charging premium rates for subpar accommodations. The only thing i enjoyed was the food as they had really improved from last time i visited, but anyway i definitely won’t be returning. Not worth the money at all.

September 2024 Location Center Price 80€+ You cannot enter to Razem without entering to this amazing place first. Is the first, the biggest and the only resort here. The staff is really friendly. They were so genuine, helpful and polite welcoming you with a smile and welcoming drinks. Even the neighbours of the village agreed this place has a great staff. When you call they usually answer within 3 rings. If you are in Shkodra this will be your first closest interaction, your nearest taste of the Alps. The Albanian king used to come here with his Royal family for the healing and regenerative properties of this area. The resort has an amazing breakfast, the design with wood and stones creates a sensation of warmth and tranquility. The pool is clean, beautiful and spacious and the sauna is there ready for you. 2-3days here will transform you into a new and better person. Must try the massage list. It will not be hard deciding if is worth coming back. This place makes also the perfect gift for couples, pro athletes, Christmas with family. Thank you so much for your service and hospitality, it has been a real pleasure.
