This guesthouse in Theth was exactly what we were hoping for: warm, traditional, and incredibly welcoming. The hosts treated us like family from the moment we arrived. The room was simple but spotless, with wooden details that gave it a rustic mountain charm.

the staff was incredibly friendly. We got a free upgrade to the Alpet Hotel, which is run by the same operator. So we had heating and more comfort at night. Everyone in the restaurant was very, very nice. the location was great for day trips

Great location, with a beatiful view of the mountains,... comfy and clean room... The host was a very welcoming person making all to make you feel at home. We really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere...and the accommodation. A must visit place, which we highly recommend....

Nice hotel. Spacious room! Beautiful bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Only thing that bothered me there was 5 am call for prayer- was VERY VERY loud- hotel is right next to the mosque.

Excellent hotel right in the hub of the city. Staff were outstanding. Very helpful and obliging. We used the indoor pool after a hot bike ride - very refreshing - great spa staff member. Hotel stored our luggage for 3 days at no charge after check out. Very convenient whilst we travelled to Komani Lake for 3 nights. WiFi excellent. This hotel is well situated near monuments and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance. They couldn't/wouldn't fix the air conditioning. People had to change keys/rooms because the lock mechanism wasn't working. Our room was on the main street. There was wind outside, but the only way we could feel it was to prop open the door of our room. The staff was not helpful.
