Extremely helpful and proactive receptionist made our stay very enjoyable. Did not eat there so cannot rate it but rooms are spacious, cleaned and well maintained. The double glazing on the windows overlooking the swimming pool is very welcome to stop the noise from guests and music. Very quiet location.

OK it's also the only Albanian hotel I've ever stayed in, but this was really good. Gorgeous grounds, spacious clean rooms, friendly efficient staff and all in all a really relaxing if short stay. Would happily go back.

Stayed one night here as part of a tour of the Balkans. Room was very large but bathroom badly planned. Beds were comfortable and our room had good air con, although some on our tour complained their rooms were too hot, with staff refusing or possily unable to help. Countryside location meant that we had no choice but to dine in the restaurant which was just ok, as was the somewhat limited breakfast selection.

Very 80s vibe. Pools on october were closed and nasty green. Breakfast was medium , and the whole Hotel had the dining room's smell...

This is a wonderful hotel. It has a fairytale charm to it. The hotel is spread across a beautiful field, with an extremely large swimming pool, separate kid's pool and playgrounds and green spaces scattered around the grounds. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, made up of an international team with extremely kind and friendly owners. The restaurants serve quality food and our family were treated with care and attention from beginning till end. If you are driving through this part of the world, don't hesitate to stay here. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The campsite is right next to the hotel and pool, with lighting and electricity. Clean toilets and showers. Friendly and helpful staff. If you ask for laundry done, they'll have it all folded perfectly. There's also a wonderful and very gentle large dog. Be warned, he's a real cuddler! You can pet him for hours. 🙂

An oasis right in the middle of nowhere of Albania. You wouldn’t expect such a nice hotel/camping area when you take off the bumpy main road and follow a not so trustworthy road to the resort. Really friendly staff, an excellent and exceptionally well maintained pool area and a buffet you really have to try, if would like to taste some traditional food from the region. The camping spots right next to the hotel have everything you need.

We stayed here for just one night, it was very nice but unfortunately no tea/coffee making facilities or shower gel in the bathroom. It had a modern walk in shower and the wifi was secure. We were in room 220. Unfortunatley it was not in season so the swimming pools which looked as if they should be wonderful were empty. Dinner was very nice. Good choice of puddings and salad. Alcoholic drinks reasonable price. Breakfast was not so good.

I was there in the end of summer the pool is nice clean toilets nice food,good parking,But from 11 a clock in the morning there is a terrible high music playing in the pool you can’t even hear each other’s from the noise. The pool bar service is poor.

I went there with my daughter. Gardenland hotel has amazing nature, clean rooms, quite big swimming pool with semi-olympic section, delicious food and polite staff. What can I expect more from a holiday. I hope they will keep this quality level. Faleminderit shumë
