Unexpected overnight and absolutely impressed of service, kindness and rooms. So much love in details 🙏🏻 Breakfast exactly what you need to start the day. Fresh served, Kimbo Coffee and the mixed juice awesome! Small underground parking, safe and secured.

Breathtakingly beautiful hotel with exceptional service. The interior is stunning, with a combination of decor that celebrates Albanian culture and history. The rooms look like something out of a fairytale, and the included breakfast was delicious - one of the best of our trip. Would have loved to stay here longer!

All around good place. Breakfast is ordered from a menu with several choices. We have been traveling for 103 days in a row and stayed at 40+ different places. This is the first place where we have had to pay for our second cup of coffee. Other than that it was an ok stay.

Stayed for one night. Loved the place. Not only the service was perfect, but also the interior of the hotel. Cudos to the architect that designed it. The courtyard was enclosed and it blocked out any noise from the streets.
It has the perfect location, not far from the city's museums.
I ate only my breakfast there as it was provided by the hotel and I must say it was perfect. A big thank you to the chef for making my crepes so delicious.
The staff was very kind and welcoming. I have nothing but good words.

This magnificent hotel is located in the centre of Shkodra and yet you hardly hear the noise of the city.It has a exquisite facility and and the service is very good.The breakfast was very good and every ingredient was top quality.For me it was flawless,I really recommend this hotel

Hotel itself is one of the reasons I will be visiting Shkodra again. Design is detail oriented, everything is clean and well maintained, breakfast is fresh and balanced, and staff is very friendly and helpful.
