This hotel is well situated near monuments and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance. They couldn't/wouldn't fix the air conditioning. People had to change keys/rooms because the lock mechanism wasn't working. Our room was on the main street. There was wind outside, but the only way we could feel it was to prop open the door of our room. The staff was not helpful.

Mixed Experience The room itself was nice but the elevator was broken and we were in 7th floor. The stairway has no working lights and was full of cigarette nuts, trash, and exposed wires. The window in the bathroom was without a curtain or blinds and looked directly down on their dining patio. We stayed at this hotel before and after our Valbona-Theth hike. They let us store our luggage there, which was nice. We stayed in two different rooms. The first one was really nice, but the AC was not working. The bathroom in the second room could have used some repairs, and had a leaky sink. However, the AC in that room was working. The location was great!

Lovely three star hotel with convenient free parking in the city center where normally not many parking spots are available. The rooms were clean, however required some fixing and flipping. The staff was very helpful and prepared our group a special breakfast past the regular breakfast hours.

It is a budget hotel very close to the center of Shkodër. I stayed for two nights here. The room was okay but the breakfast is included in the price of room. The hotel is in a old family owned building which is beautiful but rooms require some renovations. I really liked the breakfast which was tasty and of good portion size.

OK it's also the only Albanian hotel I've ever stayed in, but this was really good. Gorgeous grounds, spacious clean rooms, friendly efficient staff and all in all a really relaxing if short stay. Would happily go back.

Extremely helpful and proactive receptionist made our stay very enjoyable. Did not eat there so cannot rate it but rooms are spacious, cleaned and well maintained. The double glazing on the windows overlooking the swimming pool is very welcome to stop the noise from guests and music. Very quiet location.

The campsite is right next to the hotel and pool, with lighting and electricity. Clean toilets and showers. Friendly and helpful staff. If you ask for laundry done, they'll have it all folded perfectly. There's also a wonderful and very gentle large dog. Be warned, he's a real cuddler! You can pet him for hours. 🙂

I wish I had asked the name of the older gentleman at reception who helped myself and my friends out at 1:30am in the morning when we had an issue with our other hotel. The largest hotel in albania with flamboyant decoration. The dining hall is large. The room is also large. It was very cold when there was no carpet. Slippers provided were not suitable. The heater was poorly functioning. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and provided warmth.

This is a really cool hotel, just steps from the main commercial area. The highlights were the breakfast and the building itself, which featured an immense, cozy hearth. We stayed here for one night and had a excellent stay. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. There is also a Spa area which is nice. Special thanks to Ergys for his excellent service. We will definetely come back!

The hotel is wonderful, the food is good, but the service (that is, the waiter, who works in the hall on the ground floor) was rude, arrogant, and even physically assaulted an older colleague of the elevator boy in front of us. He was not polite, nor had a pleasant demeanor

Hotel Colloseo is located in the very center of the city. The rooms are large, the bathrooms too. Everything is spacious and clean. A small minus is perhaps the noise coming from the pedestrian zone where there are numerous cafes. In the morning at 5 o'clock you can hear the call to prayer from the nearby mosque. Breakfast is varied, the staff is mostly friendly.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the food was great, both at the breakfast buffet and throughout the day. The spa was really nice and relaxing. The reception staff were very polite and even helped me with an umbrella since it was raining and we didn’t have one.
