The room was in an annex, away from the main building. It was located on the first floor above the breakfast and pizza restaurant there is no lift to the first floor, so you have to use the stairs. Beauty place to stay. Room was clean but very basic.

Internet doesn't work. Alarm system was on on that floor in the morning and no one did anything. I tried to call the reception but there's was no phone in the room to call the reception. I had my dinner at the hotel and the view from the restaurant is great.

Himare is a very busy location with several beach front options. This property is right in front of the beach. There are beach umbrellas available for the guests, however, you better get there early. It is very close to many restaurant and shopping opportunities. The roads are very narrow and congested. 1. Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to/from the main street where there are many options for dining 2. The room space and bathroom are generous and was sufficient for 2 guests, each travelling with a medium-sized suitcase 3. Small bar fridge to keep food/drinks cold

We stayed at this hotel before and after our Valbona-Theth hike. They let us store our luggage there, which was nice. We stayed in two different rooms. The first one was really nice, but the AC was not working. The bathroom in the second room could have used some repairs, and had a leaky sink. However, the AC in that room was working. The location was great!

The room was great, lovely shower. We had to leave early so we received our breakfast package the evening before which was great. Nice rooftop area. Rooms were clean with comfy beds. Very close to the pickup point for komani lake service. This was the cheaper room. We also stayed the second time in the more expensive room which has a jacuzzi, fireplace (cause who doesn't need that in 30 degrees...

Location was really in the center. Room was fine, nothing exceptional. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was fine, you have options to choose from. However, it was really close to the mosque and it was really loud early in the morning.

Brand new hotel. Located on the upper floors with a restaurant. Tasty food. Friendly staff. Don't go to Google - it leads to the top, which is wrong. You need to continue along the main road and turn right at the roundabout - along the pedestrian zone to the parking lot

We had amazing week, very clean rooms, tasty breakfast and kind service. One thing that we should highlight is the temperature of rooms, really warm in this cold weather. In the center of the city, close to everything. Definitely coming back.

Alis Hotel was a great place to stay! The location is perfect—right in the center of Shkodër but still peaceful and quiet. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the good breakfast and the warm welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice location and a very clean hotel compares to the surroundings

The room I stayed in was really beautiful and looked quite stylish. The air conditioning, WiFi, and everything else worked perfectly. The room was clean, and I especially loved the restaurant area. The soft background music while dining was lovely. The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the panna cotta. If you go, I highly recommend trying the panna cotta! Moly was an exceptional hostess. She even contacted us via WhatsApp to prepare our room for arrival. We had the top floor room overlooking the area and it truly felt like royalty. First thing we noticed during our stay is how friendly and polite were the staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is also really nice and big. Food and drinks are also extremely good with really reasonable priced. Over all we were very satisfied with our stay and definitely recommanded this place as we will be back 100%

The perfect place to spend the night before and after hiking in the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious as well as clean. The food is super cooked and tastes great. The pool is large and there is room for everyone. The water is nice and warm (June), and after 3 days of hiking it is extra nice to take a dip in😊

Above expectations. They are amazing hotel staff. Big rooms, huge bed, private parking. The staff is superior, caring, helpful and supportive. My daughter was not feeling well, so they helped with doctors, nurses and took care of everything. Recommend to everyone, I will definitely come back here again. I would rate them higher than a 10.

Our stay at Kompleksi Arifi in Shkoder was just on point! We had the comfiest beds, a spacious room, fast wifi connection, a beautiful view from our balcony, a perfectly cooked breakfast every morning and the friendliest of staff!
