Mixed Experience The room itself was nice but the elevator was broken and we were in 7th floor. The stairway has no working lights and was full of cigarette nuts, trash, and exposed wires. The window in the bathroom was without a curtain or blinds and looked directly down on their dining patio. We had to improvise a curtain so that we could shower or dress in the bathroom without exposing ourselves...

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are very kind and friendly — especially the restaurant staff! The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The only issue is the elevator 😅 It’s out of order and makes scary, loud noises inside — quite terrifying. There’s another elevator inside the building, but it’s closed, and there is also one from outside that only goes up to the reception...

It's my 2nd time coming here for lunch and Buna Park is definetely my go-to destination in Shkoder. It offers an incredible view of the Buna River and Rozafa Castle. The food is excellent and affordable, with great portions. Would definetely recommend! :)

Cosy low cost hotel especially suitable for motorcyclists and groups of smaller sizes. Excellent placement to park the bikes and have a walk around the city.

The room was in an annex, away from the main building. It was located on the first floor above the breakfast and pizza restaurant there is no lift to the first floor, so you have to use the stairs. OK it's also the only Albanian hotel I've ever stayed in, but this was really good. Gorgeous grounds, spacious clean rooms, friendly efficient staff and all in all a really relaxing if short stay. Would happily go back.

Stayed one night here as part of a tour of the Balkans. Room was very large but bathroom badly planned. Beds were comfortable and our room had good air con, although some on our tour complained their rooms were too hot, with staff refusing or possily unable to help. Countryside location meant that we had no choice but to dine in the restaurant which was just ok, as was the somewhat limited breakfast...

Extremely helpful and proactive receptionist made our stay very enjoyable. Did not eat there so cannot rate it but rooms are spacious, cleaned and well maintained. The double glazing on the windows overlooking the swimming pool is very welcome to stop the noise from guests and music. Very quiet location.

The campsite is right next to the hotel and pool, with lighting and electricity. Clean toilets and showers. Friendly and helpful staff. If you ask for laundry done, they'll have it all folded perfectly. There's also a wonderful and very gentle large dog. Be warned, he's a real cuddler! You can pet him for hours. 🙂

Alis Hotel was a great place to stay! The location is perfect—right in the center of Shkodër but still peaceful and quiet. Above expectations. They are amazing hotel staff. Big rooms, huge bed, private parking. The staff is superior, caring, helpful and supportive. My daughter was not feeling well, so they helped with doctors, nurses and took care of everything. Recommend to everyone, I will definitely come back here again. I would rate them higher than a 10.

First thing we noticed during our stay is how friendly and polite were the staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is also really nice and big. Food and drinks are also extremely good with really reasonable priced. Over all we were very satisfied with our stay and definitely recommanded this place as we will be back 100%

The perfect place to spend the night before and after hiking in the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious as well as clean. The largest hotel in albania with flamboyant decoration. The dining hall is large. The room is also large. It was very cold when there was no carpet. Slippers provided were not suitable. The heater was poorly functioning. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and provided warmth.
