The room was okay, and we were later upgraded to interconnected rooms at no extra cost, which was appreciated. The hotel environment was spotless. I enjoyed my stay overall, but the staff need to be more welcoming, as it was hard to see them smile.

My experience was 10/10 i loved the staff , the view and the vibe was amazing. The food was delicious and the rooms were very clean , totally recommended . You should try it sometime. They had live music and very good cocktails. Also the pool was very clean .

I can't believe I forgot to mention the fabulous spa. Myself & 2 friends had the luxury, sauna, Turkish bath, massages, reflexology & facial it was wonderful.The staff were professional & friendly.The spa, we chose was 2 hours & great value for all the treatments & discount as they were 3 of us.The spa was immaculate & well worth the money.Treat yourself, your on holiday .

Really good customer care from all the staff. In particular the hospitality restaurant staff who were very happy to take extra care of us under Chef Ergons helm. Nothing was too much trouble. We are a group of 8 and there was always a table reserved for us.

Great hotel lovely people. But day after arriving we wanted to use the pool and was told that it was closed down for the winter. No deck chairs. After 5 days a lot of Albania families came, straight away deck chairs came out, pool was cleaned. Also they might have a spa, but not as we know it. It was more like a in door play pool for children.

Can I just say their food was absolutely delicious? Every single meal time (dinner mainly) food was cooked fresh and to perfection. It was and amazing experience we felt very at home and comfortable with the staffing and our waiter Denis he was a very great waiter and we stayed for about a month and they have very good prices and we had complimentary breakfast every morning and very kid friendly with a playground nearby and they have a great beach view.
