The room was okay, and we were later upgraded to interconnected rooms at no extra cost, which was appreciated. The hotel environment was spotless. I enjoyed my stay overall, but the staff need to be more welcoming, as it was hard to see them smile.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I do agree with previous comments that it was not completely 5 star compared to European standards, but that took nothing away from the excellent time we had. The hotel itself is very well decorated, clean and tidy. The food was ok and seemed to have lots of choice. However the thing that made this hotel for us was the staff. We were so well looked after...

Really good customer care from all the staff. In particular the hospitality restaurant staff who were very happy to take extra care of us under Chef Ergons helm. Nothing was too much trouble. We are a group of 8 and there was always a table reserved for us.

Rooms needed serious improving, but didn't spend a lot of time in the room, the lobby and dining areas were nice. Food was excellent, although hamburgers during lunch would have been a bonus. All-inclusive drinks were only coffee, beer, wine, and basic mixers...nothing that required serious bartending skills. A lovely hotel with stunning views. The Turkish cuisine was excellent—especially the desserts! The SPA facilities were beautiful and relaxing. Overall, I had a fantastic stay.

Great hotel lovely people. But day after arriving we wanted to use the pool and was told that it was closed down for the winter. No deck chairs. After 5 days a lot of Albania families came, straight away deck chairs came out, pool was cleaned. Also they might have a spa, but not as we know it. It was more like a in door play pool for children.

Can I just say their food was absolutely delicious? Every single meal time (dinner mainly) food was cooked fresh and to perfection. I also went down to the Spa and was met by the lovely Angel who is very friendly and accommodating. She did my massage and hair and was ever so polite and kind. Great service and a genuine gem! The hotel was amazing, very clean, very friendly staff and overall great experience. The spa was wonderful. Chef Atilla was always on top of his work, he made sure that the food served was to a good standard, he was very friendly and constantly asked how I was doing and made sure I was happy with the food. I will definitely come back again next year, honestly one of the best places I stayed.

It was and amazing experience we felt very at home and comfortable with the staffing and our waiter Denis he was a very great waiter and we stayed for about a month and they have very good prices and we had complimentary breakfast every morning and very kid friendly with a playground nearby and they have a great beach view.

In the hotel restaurant has very good food. The pasta with shrimp and white sauce was delicious🤩😋 Big applause for the chef👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️
