Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. We are very pleased. We would especially like to thank Elena from the restaurant who helped me look after my daughter when I had to go to the pharmacy.

It was very good to hotel .the breakfast was very nice and herllik the location is great and the room is good and the staff was really friendly

This place is so amazing that I wanted to stay longer, all the facilities, food, view from the room absolutely stunning

You would think they would extend the breakfast hours to accommodate guests, but they did not. The service was just terrible. The customer service was very disappointing

The room was okay, and we were later upgraded to interconnected rooms at no extra cost, which was appreciated. The hotel environment was spotless

The spa was spotless too, with a great indoor pool/jacuzzi, steam and sauna. I can highly recommend this hotel for a nice break and have nothing negative to say at all

The hotel itself is very well decorated, clean and tidy. The food was ok and seemed to have lots of choice. However the thing that made this hotel for us was the staff. We were so well looked after by Sergio and his team

The young people in the restaurant were really nice and everyone was friendly. We were upgraded to a sea view room and also were allowed a late check out with no extra cost

Staffed by beautiful Balinese ladies, my husband and I had 2 wonderful treatments which were very well priced (compared to what you would pay in England)

My experience was 10/10 i loved the staff , the view and the vibe was amazing. The food was delicious and the rooms were very clean , totally recommended. They had live music and very good cocktails

I can't believe I forgot to mention the fabulous spa. Myself & 2 friends had the luxury, sauna, Turkish bath, massages, reflexology & facial it was wonderful. The staff were professional & friendly

We enjoyed the sunset and cocktails in the roof top bar and then a fantastic à la carte dinner with outstanding service from Ajni. There was a plentiful, delicious buffet breakfast before heading to the airport

As there wasn’t any signage of what each item was on the buffet (some guests were asking staff) it wasn’t always clear what was being offered on the hot buffet, such as what the sausages were, what was in the pastry parcels, the type of omelette was being offered

All facilities in the room worked well (air con, hair dryer, shower, safe). Although there was cups & kettle there wasn’t any tea or coffee offered. We had brought our own so it didn’t bother us

I love the hotel so much especially the cleaner Aferdia. She cleaned the room neatly and made sure we were comfortable. Then the waiter Aleks at the restaurant was superb and made us familiarize ourself with the food

The rooms were a decent size, as well as a king size bed we had a sofa bed. The bathroom was modern with black marble tiles, had an amazing shower, toiletries were included and the towels were super fluffy

Hotel is a home away from home. Staff friendly and always smiling. Breakfast and dinner awesome. On our 5 day stay our waiter was Estref. He made sure we got our food on time and served with a smile

We stayed at the VM Resort for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located on the beach and is one of the nicest in the bay. Breakfast was included and was great

The property was spacious and very clean. The spa was lovely and the massuse was amazing. The staff in general was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

A 3-star hotel and for these 3 stars it's ok. Clean rooms, air conditioning works. Breakfasts are quite monotonous, but for a week you can easily figure out something so that you don't eat the same thing all the time

Dinners are great, something different every day. They know basic phrases in Polish, even better in English ;). You can see that not everything is the latest, but I have no complaints

The personal is very nice and helpfully, they have a great snackbar aswell (Tata's). For the rooms, lovely air-conditioning in the room and it was quite a big room with balcony

The only thing that could use an upgrade is the shower. I would not dare to take off any stars for it because we paid such friendly amount and the rest was amazing!

We are loving our stay here, the location is amazing, close to the beach but far enough to have some rest and not be bothered by nightlife if we don't want that

Let me start off by saying, price quality is very good. It's a very affordable hotel with daily cleaning, breakfast, a good pool and very nice beds

Many things that would for which you might be additionally charged elsewhere - pool towels, sauna, children's play area - are free

The rooms are clean, and the staff provide everything necessary for your stay, there is plenty of space in the hall and the lounge to simply chill and enjoy a drink

What I appreciate the most is the variety of entertainment and that this place grants, you can either enjoy yourself by one of the pools (in winter time they have an indoor pool) or spend some time with your friends at the beach bar, and even have some alone time at the gym in case you don’t want to skip your daily gym session

The pools were great for both adults and kids, and the kids club was perfect with different activities every day. Everything was very clean, our room was excellent, and the staff were efficient and friendly

It was and amazing experience we felt very at home and comfortable with the staffing and our waiter Denis he was a very great waiter and we stayed for about a month and they have very good prices and we had complimentary breakfast every morning and very kid friendly with a playground nearby and they have a great beach view

Very nice hotel and exellent personnel Paradise on earth

Just heading home from our five night stay and I want to say a massive thank you to the owner George him and his lovely family we’re so welcoming and truly made our trip special

Visited Albania for the first time for a family holiday and stayed at Onufri Hotel — and overall, we had a wonderful experience! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool right in front of the building, which was perfect for relaxing

The room service was excellent — daily cleaning and fresh bedding were provided, as long as you put up the “CLEAN” sign. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help

but the staff and the owner were waiting for us with dinner, which was very nice!!! The guys at the reception helped change our rooms so that they were next to each other

Unfortunately we came just as the season had closed so I don’t think we really got the full experience but it was still lovely. Meals are basic but get the job done

Where do I even start from?? This place is the best place have ever been in my life, service is top notch and their staffs are so nice and calm, I never regret every bit of my stay in this place, even when I am supposed to check out at 11am they were so calm till my cab came at 5pm

I had an amazing time at this place! At first, I wasn’t too thrilled with the room, but the receptionist(Engineer’s sister), who I unfortunately didn’t ask her name, was incredibly helpful

And the beautiful girl on breakfast who answered my question about the cheese and even offered to give me a portion later was so sweet. That was a really nice gesture
