My advice to anyone considering this place: STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other accommodations nearby where you will be treated like a valued guest instead of an enemy for simply booking a room. The behavior I experienced here was beyond unacceptable — it was downright dangerous.

This owner is a complete disgrace to hospitality, and no traveler should ever have to go through what I went through

We were disappointed.
The room we had reserved had been given to someone else under the pretext that they had forgotten.
We were forced to stay in a room that lacked a TV, with a noisy fridge — never again here.
(And the cleaning lady named Shpresa was pretending to be the owner, with an arrogant attitude.)

Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Rude Staff

I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel, which they abruptly cancelled last minute claiming the hotel had to close due to “problems.” Suspicious of the excuse, I called the hotel today and asked if they had any rooms available. The receptionist casually confirmed that they did have availability.

When I told him that my booking had just been cancelled by the hotel, he became aggressive and started swearing at me over the phone—completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

It’s clear they canceled my booking to relist the room at a higher price, which is dishonest and disrespectful to guests. Avoid this hotel if you value honesty and decent customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Just my experience but it feels like you can ignore the 1 star reviews that have appeared on here. We had a pleasant stay and there was no issue with price, the only thing being not taking card. The room was large with a balcony and perfectly comfortable. Parking was private and safe and a 3 minute walk to smoke beach spots and beach bars. Also the mills trail up to Dhermi town is right on the doorstep for a short hike up there. Can't really fault it.

I made the reservation one month before on booking to know once arrived in the place that they gave the room to someone else ... I arrived at 17:30 after calling at 17:00 saying that I was on my way driving ( not at 23:00) At the phone no one told me about the non availability of the room. In my opinion this is not serious, I used booking to be sure that there was no problem with the reservation. Finally they found me a room to the neighbours but with any compensation .. it seems to not be the first time while reading the comments. U can have better service for 57€!!

Great location. Just in the ground floor of the main building are restaurants and a grocery/supermarket. Around the area are more restaurants. Room is centrally located, very near Square and accessible to public transport. The room and bathroom were clean. The price we paid was very good value. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed 27 June for 3 nights. Given the initial reviews about the hotel not being finished we were a little worried, however, we were reassured and were really glad we continued with our stay. The hotel is really beautiful, gorgeous pool, fab view, lovely rooms too. Staff were very hospitable. Breakfast was eggs (cooked your preferred way) with tomatoes, cucumber and sausage, however on our final day it was a buffet breakfast with lots of choice!…which was much better (not sure if it was a weekend thing or they plan to carry this forward). Shuttle to the beach is really handy. The spot with (very comfortable) beds is slightly to the south of the main Dhërmi beach, there is a beach restaurant/bar nearby which we really enjoyed to. Do be sure to visit the other local beaches too as they are prettier.
