Location is close to the centre, some climbing at the end, to the hill. I walked from the hotel to the beach, which was through a dusty, uneven street with lot of construction going on, not a nice area or shops.
I had booked a room w balcony and was disappointed that a view was to the back of the hotel which is not a pleasant view so i did not use the balcony at all. I think i was the only customer in the hotel at that time so they could have given me a nicer view. The fridge of the room had mold in it and toilet seat was partially out of place, other than that, room was quite pleasant and roomy.
Breakfast was served to the table which was nice, but i was missing some fruit or vegetables. I also dined in a hotel's restaurant. Food was ok except very salty. Again i was almost the only customer, yet service was veeery slow.
There was also an incident during my stay, which bothered me quite a bit. A worker from the front desk all the sudden entered my room, where i obviously happened to be in, luckily i was fully clothed on my bed. He opened the door, saw me, said 'sorry' and closed the door. What is that about? How come he enters my room which shall be my private area? If he meant to go to another room, how he has MY room's key? Its hard for me to believe it was accidental and therefore made me wonder were my belongings/money safe in the room.

Great. We have no complaints. The food, the workers and the service were amazing. The breakfast was amazing. There were 1000 food options. And the view is hot. Oh my god, and the cryosants weakened us

Overall, we had a good journey there. All facilities are new and clean. The hosts are very welcoming and available.
The breakfast is included and rich: you get the basics plus the typical Albanian dishes.
Parking is convenient and you have a nice view over the city.
The place is a bit far from the beaches (30 minutes walk) but it’s close to the grand boulevard with all the shops, banks, restaurants.

One of the best hotels in the city of Vlora. They served us breakfast in the room and they didn't charge any extras. The reception was really flexible and he gave us a room we preferred.
Would recommend you try Pizza. They make among the best pizza you can ever try.
I will definitely visit again.

Plus: Nice spacious and clean rooms, decent selection of buffet at breakfast.
Minus: poor access by car, you have to climb a lot of stairs to the reception, the beaches are far away....

Wonderful place and excellent service. The view on the city During having dinner Is Simply Heart breaking. Best experience ever.

Very nice hotel. The only problem is that u have to carry your laggage 22 steps up cause there is no elevator until the reception level.

It was a bad experience because the hotel did not offer a good room service. No pill man to carry your luggage. However , The hotel location is on a high mountain, thus you should climb about 7 floors with your luggage to reach the lobby. No shuttle bus to transfer you to the hotel, so you should search for taxi. Moreover,the room service is very bad. They did not replace the soap and they did not clean the room especially the bathroom.

A chic hotel that pleasantly surprised with its hospitality and very polite staff. New, with clean rooms, a very pleasant smell, daily cleaning and not at all meager breakfast in the restaurant. The balcony overlooks the mountains, the city and the sea. You need to drive about 2 km to the city beach. There is a supermarket 500 m away. A very good hotel, I recommend it!!!
