I will sum up this review with one word and only simply excellent service from this wonderful cheerful waiter who made my night for me and my partner. Great hotel, such a nice and welcoming atmosphere and the staff is so polite! Rooms were very clean. Hotel is close to the beach and you can go around walking in the “Lungomare”.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were not only spacious but also clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I am already planning to return next year with my family.

Great service, lovely view from my room and good food. I drove from Norway and had dirty clothes. Manager managed to get my clothes washed in no time. I had no internet, I needed an albanian sim card. One of the workers guided me all the way to the shop (20 min away)! 10/10

Beautiful place with an amazing view. Carlo was extremely helpful, helping us find a better room with a clearer sea view when we initially got placed in a room with a restricted view. Service could be a bit better since our TV was not connected to the internet, we reported and no one came. Cleaning staff kept removing old towels or robes but not replacing them with new ones. Great stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and great staff, with breakfast included which made mornings easy. The location is perfect with lots of activities and things to do nearby. Its like in the heart of the city with the beach close to less than 100m. Would definitely go again and I recommend it.

The pillows are so fluffy, location is super convenient for the day to night dynamic, the value to money awesome, the breakfast is very colourful with options for everyone (I travel with my baby boy, 2 yrs old). Clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitelly return!

Pictures in booking platforms are old and not updated. There are renovated rooms and size is great. Probably the only hotel with its own pool and lower rate. Perfect venue from the beginning of tourist strip avenue. Bathrooms drain can improve. Closest to all the boat tours

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Breakfast was included, with lots of choice.

Lovely hotel by the seaside. Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times. The sea view was also very much welcome, despite the slight obstruction by the construction sites.

A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all.
