I will sum up this review with one word and only simply excellent service from this wonderful cheerful waiter who made my night for me and my partner. Great service, lovely view from my room and good food. I drove from Norway and had dirty clothes. Manager managed to get my clothes washed in no time. I had no internet, I needed an albanian sim card. One of the workers guided me all the way to the shop (20 min away)! 10/10

Very good hotel with AAA location! This hotel has a perfect location, right at the "lungomare", the beating heart of Vlora. The service is excellent and the hotel is clean and renovated. I would recommend it! They have parking which is a plus.

Pictures in booking platforms are old and not updated. There are renovated rooms and size is great. Probably the only hotel with its own pool and lower rate. Perfect venue from the beginning of tourist strip avenue. Bathrooms drain can improve. Closest to all the boat tours

We only had two nights here but couldn’t complain about anything. Informative and very helpful reception staff that steered us to some great eating options, as well as telling us where to avoid. Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Breakfast was included, with lots of choice.

A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and although not the biggest, it is a really nice quiet area and as the hotel isn't the biggest, we never had issues with space. The hotel is in a great location. I would have appreciated having extra blankets already in the room, as I was cold for two nights. Unfortunately, the in-room phone wasn’t working, and since I was already in my pajamas, I didn’t go downstairs to inform the front desk. A large well-located property in Vlore. You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye used to review Western hotels. This hotel has an accommodating staff. There was no room safe, no coffee maker, virtually no AC but the facility and large room had a nice fit and finish to it. It is a modern hotel. I would stay here again.

A nice hotel in a central position close to the seafront. Again no bottled water left in the room and no kettle or provision for hot drinks. Took ages to find a shop selling water. Had a fridge.

Situated a walk from the beach and restuarants. Staff friendly and helpful in reception and the bar. The food was very poor, unlike everywhere else we had stayed and eaten. This is obviously an overnight stay hotel for tours and it shows in the standard of food. Breakfast had plenty of choice but it was difficult to access. Room was ok, large but had a structural beam as a feature!
