I booked this hotel for one night as we had a layover in Vlorë.
Let me start with something positive: the breakfast. It was very fresh, offered a lot of variety, and it was lovely to enjoy it right in front of the sea.

The building itself seems quite old on the inside, but it has been renovated. The rooms look modern at first glance, but when it comes to functionality, I was disappointed.
Bathroom: everything is very small and feels cramped. When you take a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet.
Bed: if you are taller than 1.90 m, the bed will definitely feel too small, as they are quite short. I’ve stayed in many hotels where the beds were at least 2 m long.

Since the hotel is located on the main street, it gets very busy and noisy at night. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The elevator felt very outdated. When you are inside and someone on another floor tries to open the door, it simply stops — which made me feel quite anxious, especially since it is so small. During the night and early morning, the elevator was completely out of service, so we had to carry our luggage down from the 4th floor at checkout.

As for the beach sunbeds: you either need to book them in advance with your room package or pay extra, which is fine. However, the sunbeds looked very old and uncomfortable. We ended up checking out other beach clubs nearby, and there are several much better options within walking distance.

The restaurant was good. But when the server brought the bill he said « service not included, thank you » ? And when I payed, he decided to keep 500lek and said « 500 for the service is it ok ». I think it’s a very bad way to ask for tips

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)

We stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, our experience did not live up to expectations – especially for a place rated as 4 stars.

On the very first day, my daughter got locked inside the room. After quite a bit of panic and back-and-forth, a waiter from the restaurant managed to help her out. It turned out the bathroom door was broken, and we were told not to close it at all because it would be fixed later. That never happened – we had to deal with it the entire stay. It felt extremely unsafe and unacceptable.

The room itself had a large square hole in the wall, exposing ventilation pipes. The bed sheets were only changed once during our stay, and overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On the balcony, there were just two cheap plastic chairs – no table at all, which made it feel incomplete and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at many 4-star hotels before, and this simply did not meet that standard.

On the positive side: the food at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and most of the staff were warm and welcoming – especially the two young women at reception, who were truly kind and professional.

However, on our last day, a middle-aged woman (who I suspect was the owner’s wife) appeared. She barely greeted us and came across as very snobbish, which left a sour final impression.

I’m not usually someone who complains, but I left this hotel genuinely disappointed. This review is not meant as criticism for the sake of it – it’s a sincere call for improvement. If this hotel wants to live up to its 4-star rating, there is a lot of work to be done.

An Unforgettable Experience – Truly Exceptional!

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at this hotel and restaurant was top-notch. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making us feel valued and comfortable from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered all the amenities we could have hoped for.

The real highlight, though, was the restaurant. Every dish we tried was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious – fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, and beautiful presentation. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, and the service was attentive without being intrusive.

Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway, a special occasion, or just need a relaxing escape, this place is a gem. We can’t wait to come back – highly recommended!

Nice hotel, right at the center of everything. Spacious rooms and a very nice balcony.
Some things to improve: rooms need more maintenance. Various elements in the bathrooms of the 3 rooms we had were not ok (broken handles, dripping pipes, broken toilets paper handle, hard towels and cheap slippers, etc). Becareful- the H button (for reception) in the elevator doesn’t work all the time. You might need to carry your luggage.
For a new hotel if maintenance is not kept, the hotel will loose ⭐️. Nice breakfast but try not to go late as not all items are replaced (even though breakfast ends at 11:00).
Great bed and soft lining.
Overall, I would recommend
