We stayed at a 5-star hotel and we really liked it. I had reserved a jacuzzi room, but for one day the jacuzzi was under maintenance. As compensation, they upgraded our room for one night, which was a nice gesture. The dishes were excellent and we truly enjoyed the food

There was a small mix up with my room at check in, but literally the entire stay I was there, I feel like they went above and beyond to make things up to me. This hotel is located at the southern end of the riviera. It is considered the “newer/fancier” end. Very good hotel with AAA location! This hotel has a perfect location, right at the "lungomare", the beating heart of Vlora. The service is excellent and the hotel is clean and renovated. I would recommend it! They have parking which is a plus.

We were disappointed..The Hotel had a distinct smell as we entered.Room was Spartan and dated. The bathroom had an attempted upgrade which was very poorly completed. Black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and in the shower. Timber steps leading up to the hotel entrance were broken I certainly would not say this 4.5 star.Far from it.

A large well-located property in Vlore. You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye used to review Western hotels. This hotel has an accommodating staff. There was no room safe, no coffee maker, virtually no AC but the facility and large room had a nice fit and finish to it. It is a modern hotel. I would stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Breakfast was included, with lots of choice.

A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and although not the biggest, it is a really nice quiet area and as the hotel isn't the biggest, we never had issues with space.
