There is no drinking water in the room and we went to resepsion. They said bar is closed. For water we went to another hotel and we bought the water.

We stayed at a 5-star hotel and we really liked it. I had reserved a jacuzzi room, but for one day the jacuzzi was under maintenance. As compensation, they upgraded our room for one night, which was a nice gesture. The dishes were excellent and we truly enjoyed the food

There was a small mix up with my room at check in, but literally the entire stay I was there, I feel like they went above and beyond to make things up to me. This hotel is located at the southern end of the riviera. It is considered the “newer/fancier” end. The hotel is just OK. Not a 4 star hotel. More like a one night hotel if you are in tranzit. See some pictures from the bathroom. We were disappointed..The Hotel had a distinct smell as we entered.Room was Spartan and dated. The bathroom had an attempted upgrade which was very poorly completed. Black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and in the shower. Timber steps leading up to the hotel entrance were broken I certainly would not say this 4.5 star.Far from it.

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. No problems with crowds and nice to have close proximity between room, restaurant, beach and swimming. Located a bit outside Vlore but there are also more restaurants and minimarkets within walking distance of the hotel.

The private beach is very nice and was the highlight for us. Our room was okay but a lot of things did not work properly (lights, plugs ...). The breakfast was decent but not special. The staff was polite but not very enthusiastic and rather passive.

The hotel is exactly what you want from vacation hotel but in wrong location. Rooms are clean, king size bed, free drinks and with amazing sea view with mountain on the background. Pool is big enough for many people with smaller one for kids. Don't have high expectations for breakfast and dinner but it's ok. We tried dinner open buffet once for 20 Euros per person.

The hotel is well made and also maintained. In general it has been a wonderful stay. Good service and we were able to check-in early. Parking can be a bit taught as a main road is just outside.
