Overall, the hotel was quite clean and the room size was good, although the facilities were a bit dated and the air conditioning wasn't very consistent. The location is excellent, within walking distance or a short taxi ride to major attractions. The area around the hotel felt safe, with no homeless people around at night. It offers good value for money.

The room was clean and well furnished. Hotel was very well maintained and welcoming. Breakfast was good but could be better in terms of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was decent, but the bathroom felt a bit dated. There was a bathtub but no plug. Also, it might just be the standard of service in Argentina, but there was no water, no kettle, and no cups – not even a toothbrush cup! This was consistent throughout my stay in Ushuaia and Iguazu. Perhaps they're worried guests will take things? Even a four-star hotel in the capital had the same issues, which was quite surprising to me.

We had a wonderful stay at the Howard Johnson Hotel in Buenos Aires and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We were three couples traveling together and stayed in three separate rooms, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. What truly stood out was their generosity and flexibility — they kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several extra days while we continued our travels, which made a huge difference for us and took away a lot of stress.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel felt safe and well organized. The location was also very convenient for getting around Buenos Aires.

We sincerely appreciate the hospitality and excellent service provided by the entire team. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires, especially travelers who value friendly service and thoughtful support.

It’s solid and ok hotel. A bit outdated but internet works great and room is spacious.

I was on a business trip to Argentina, and this hotel is located in the central area of Buenos Aires, not far from the coast. It's surrounded by good public transport and plenty of shops, and close to the Colón Theatre, the Presidential Palace, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, but the breakfast was absolutely not suitable for a Chinese palate. It was just toast and ham, along with various desserts – honestly, even Ibis offers better. What's more, the gym at this supposedly four-star hotel is pathetic. The equipment looks like it's from the last century, and the space is no bigger than two restrooms. I'm speechless. They also don't offer towel changes during the day; I stayed for four nights and never got fresh towels, which is truly frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

We checked in for 5 nights, the reception is 24hrs open and everyone is friendly, however, if you need anything, it is best to ask the morning staffs. Thanks to Cindy and Damian for allowing us to have late check out. The room is spacious with lots of room for the luggages. Thanks to Eliana for keeping our room spotless clean. The breakfast has less warm foods, mostly sweets. Media Luna tastes great! They have sauna available with gym having a nice view.

I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was quite spacious. They had hot water for breakfast, otherwise it was a typical continental breakfast. The location is excellent, with all the major landmarks within walking distance.
