Buenos Aires, Av Del Libertador 5690 (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Not sure how this property is rated 4 stars. The building needs maintenance. The rooftop terrace looks rundown with broken awnings and dirty furniture. There is a single elevator in service in a 13-story building that is shared by staff and guests. The other elevators are broken. Rooms on Libertador Avenue are very noisy. Earplugs are required for sleeping. On the bright side, the staff is very attentive
It’s a nice hotel with very nice staff who are willing to assist at any time. Unfortunately some parts of the room are run down and the regular maintenance is lacking somewhat. Perfectly located near Jorge Newbury Airport, many cafes and restaurants. The hotel is minimalist and be aware, the rooms DO NOT have refrigerators. The beds are very comfortable but make sure you ask for a room that does not...
We stayed at the Urbanica for one night on our way back from Iguassu, before catching our flight back to London. We primarily chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the domestic airport, knowing that we were due to arrive late at night. However as well as the location being good, it turned out to be a decent hotel for the money. The room was pretty spacious, with a comfy bed and good shower...
Urbanica Libertador Hotel is close to the airport but isn’t really an airport hotel. It takes a while by taxi and still costs about $US15. It’s not much to look at from the outside but the rooms are very modern and spacious. The bathroom is also big and clean. I was only there for a few hours after a later flight in and an early flight out, but it was certainly a peaceful and restful room for my needs...
The installations are great, comfortable, good conservation, sofisticated and clean style.
The service is incredible. The staff is very professional, educated and sympathetic, specially the recepcionist team. You deal with true gentlemen.
The breakfast is in Starbucks. Which is good, with pretty good staff too.
There is not refrigerator in the rooms, which means you have to pay for drinkable water...
Good for business trips. Comfy, great staff, clean rooms. Restaurant is a bit limited, but cozy and there are other options near by. Love the Starbucks downstairs.

This is a great hotel in the city center of Puerto Iguazu. It's basic, but clean and meets all of your needs. The breakfast is plentiful and has several choices. You are within walking distance of a multitude of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores too. We walked all over this cute town. Don't hire a taxi to take you to the falls, as the front desk will advise. Walk a few minutes to the bus station...
Amazing service and hospitality. Close to many great restaurants and the theater district just made it perfect overall.
tiny toilet missing a sink, room had a kitchen sink in the room instead.
mattresses in evident worn out state.
excellent AC. breakfast is very simple, based only on sweet pastries, coffee and tea. shower was broken and fixed with staples. my bedsheets had woman's hair on arrival.
The price is right for the price. It's very quiet and cool. The bed is really comfortable.
Great location for a not too pricey but convenient hotel, walking distance from Corrientes Avenue -where theaters, street artists and outdoor dining is) a bit odd in its architecture but the room itself was very nice.
The hotel was old, but reasonably maintained. The shower had a good temperature, although the shower head is low if you’re a tall person and the shower curtain was plastic (I prefer a glass curtain). The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had a nice size. The airconditioning wasn’t powerful enough for the size of the room, the room didn’t become cold, even with the air condicione e on in...

The hotel was pretty good; this was my second stay. The only problem was that the air conditioning was broken during my stay, making it very hot. Everything else was fine. There's a large shopping mall across the street, and restaurants are conveniently located nearby.
Poor reception service; we arrived on a Sunday and they made many mistakes. Room: weak Wi-Fi signal, very noisy due to poorly sealed windows, and damaged curtains. Bathroom and breakfast were good, and the restaurant waiters were excellent.
I stayed for 1 day with my children. It is a hotel that 20 years ago belonged to an international chain and was very good. Now he stayed in time. Curtains, padding, carpets, furniture... all very gloomy and sad. Low light. The room was large, the king bed was 2 singles joined together. The third bed had a sagging mattress. There were no nightstands. The large bathroom and the broken hair dryer. There...
Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit.

I stayed at this hotel again on March 15th and 16th. I liked my room. For this price, it's very nice.
I stayed here for a month while I was looking for a new apartment in Buenos Aires and I was happy with it. I appreciate the people who work there, Fernando, Mariana, Ivan and others. It's a great staff in a great location, close to Avenida 9 de Julio. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're price conscious.
There is only soap bar provided, no towel is provided.
Location is good. Overall is ok compared to price. Service is alright.
Really is okay. Very basic. No towel provided. Not the best location but close enough
We checked in very late and we were greeted very kindly.
The room is decent for the price we payed but all in all, it was nice for the short night we stayed.
No towels offered so keep that in mind

Overall nice experience at this location. Close to lots of Restaurants and local shopping. Walk to metro (bus/train). Theater district and much more to see. Walkable to Obelisco.
Location Location Location… Walk to Metro, Shopping, Dining and much much more….
A quite good hotel, but nothing special. No service in english atleast during our stay, but we managed. The breakfast was basically bread, croissants, cereal and some yogurth, not really what I expected.
Cosy and very nice hotel, in a very good site of the city of Buenos Aires.
It's not bad for the price, but they should pay more attention to the cleaning of the place.

Location is perfect. The staff are helpful and friendly. Bed is comfortable. The sheets were clean and smelled fresh.
Good location near Congress. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean.
Great location in the center of the city, excellent staff. Good breakfast. The rooms are good size. Well laid out.
Nice staff and clean. Probably need some noise canceling walls, could hear the other room’s activities very loudly. 😅
The service is good and it’s close to many touristic places.
The reception was very helpful and welcoming. Water and coffee are offered all day and night. The first appearance gave an impression of a clean hotel. However, my bed was covered in hair.

Great accommodation in the Recoleta area of Buenos Aires. Convenient comfortable stay close of all the major areas in BA. Clean and comfortable.
The hotel was convenient, good for the price. The staff was kind and helpful. The elevators were old and noisy, but worked well. We did not like the shower design, a lot of water leaked out of the shower and we had to use several floor towels everyday.
Excellent hotel, especially considering the price. Breakfast is pretty good also. Definitely recommend
The reception staff at this hotel, Sebastian and Agustin, treated me exceptionally well.
They helped me, supported me and gave me advice like a family can do.
Also the service in the room was good.
The hotel was clean and in a very good location.
I wanted to book again for the end of March but, was fully booked up.
The only thing that I criticize, is the mattress.
It was a good experience and I recommend...
A big disappointment was the breakfast that was supposed to be included for which I was charged US$20 upon checking out for breakfast. Breakfast was fine but certainly not worth anywhere near $20 let alone when it was supposed to be included per ******* website
It is an old hotel, in an area with good public transport connections, which is being renovated. However, there are some things that are not minor details, such as the condition of the towels (to be discarded)

Great budget hotel — come with the right expectations and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The rooms are quaint, comfortable, and not overly small.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff
the staff was great, clean room. It was also available for an early check in...I would stay here again....I will admit not so good to visit Buenos Aires for the end of the year as museums, restaurants, stores were closed.
Very nice no thrill hotel. Nice location, helpful staff, clean. Room little dark but for that price one shouldn't expect too much.
Definitely recomended...

Have good rooms with private bathrooms, and the breakfast is also good
Nice rooms and good service. There was a problem because I couldn't pay from my country and in the reception they only accepted cash and not payment from Chile while I was in Argentina.
The hotel is very basic, but the room is comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy. The bathroom is small, and the toilet is right in front of and very close to the sink. The reception staff is friendly. The location is excellent. It's best to book directly with them; Booking.com charges a commission that is passed on to the customer in the final price.
It's very nice and simple. The location is unbeatable. Excellent service from the reception staff. The only downside is that you could hear people talking in the hallway in the room.
And please replace the hairdryer 😂

This hotel was in Recoleta which is very safe and within walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions.
Everything was fine. It’s just a little ordinary. The staffers helpful, the room and bathroom, clean and need. There’s not much of anything to store your belongings and like some other hotels in South America I’ve discovered there’s no Kleenex in the bathroom, sort of a strange thing just be prepared. Location is very near the cemetery and the cultural center and lots of other things. It was quiet...
Clean, great temperature (Ac worked well and not many places here seem to have it). Location was 10/10!
Great location in Recoleta, within walking distance of the Cemetary and Museum of Belles Artes. Rate includes breakfast, which is nothing fancy but there are lots of options. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.
Nice to get a late checkout. Good food and helpful staff. Could have been a little friendlier, but we enjoyed our stay and it was a pretty convenient location.
Everything was very good except to somewhat coo reception upon arrival and the lack of hand towels in the room. Very safe and well run hotel.

Great team/staff. But maybe there are better value for money options around.
You get what you pay for… they are absolutely strict about changes to the reservation, which is only fine via email (and not answered). Personnel from the hotel thought is was ok to have a solid conversation outside my room… at 1am
Everything's fine in this etablishement...the hotel is near from Centre and well located near restaurants, shoppings, etc ... The personal is great, sympathic, always there to help you...it was great by the way.
Thanks for all.
Best regards from Belgium,
Mr. Marc ( Belgian paralympic athlete)
The location is very good, the cleanliness too.
The beds are comfortable except that the 2-seater box spring had 1-seater mattresses, which makes a very annoying division in the middle.
In the change of towels they put us full of holes 👎👎👎.
The attention of all the staff was very good.
The breakfast quite varied and fresh.

A 10 from start to finish. Great location in San Telmo. Walkable everywhere.
A beautifully rehabbed old building combining old with new.
Big comfortable room. Clean. Relatively quiet (some street noise but not unbearable)
VERY accommodating staff.
Hearty breakfast included to start your day.
Very safe, beautiful building, guest rooms, were large and well appointed. Staff were fantastic. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.
This was my first visit to Buenos Aires and I'm glad I chose this hotel.
The overall feel is a wonderful mix of traditional and modern design, making for a wonderful stay.
This boutique hotel is small and comfortable. The linens, pillows, and towels are all high quality and the bed is comfortable. The high ceilings in the rooms are nice too. Alan, who works in reception, was excellent! He was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was rebuilt out of a historic but abandoned building and is both modern and has old world charm. It also has some fun art and artifacts...
Beautiful hotel and close to great things of the city.
The room and staff were great. The only drawback is the location of the hotel but that is not their fault.

Clean and well maintained room, courteous and efficient staff. Excellent location close to public transport, shopping and dining. Aeroparque airport 30 minutes away by car
Large very clean room with good bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast was plentiful and normal for argentina
Elevator only holds capacity of 2, traveling with family (minors) makes this difficult and unsafe.
Very friendly staff. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. I went with my baby and they provided a high chair for breakfast and had the crib already set up in the room.
Monotonous breakfast if you stay a couple of days. Metro and train station very near.
For my taste there was too much sweet but I understand that is the typical Argentinian breakfast. Service in general was very good.

Great value hotel convenient to all tourist locations and theater row. Rooms and amenities are a bit older but its location and cost make up for any dated shortcomings. Breakfast, water, drinks, and wifi available.

The hotel is a very well located and has everything for a comfortable stay in Buenos Aires for the money you pay. My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast a bit by adding some kind of protein like boiled eggs for example.

Location is just a few steps from the bustling drinking and eating places. Hotel is really old and a little rundown. Washing basin was badly stain and peeling off. Friendly staff. Breakfast was spartan but nicely decorated.
Very welcoming staff that allowed an early check in. Lovely gardens and relaxing atmosphere and a pool. Breakfast was generous and offered a nice variety.
I would love to stay here again!
Rooms are a little run down and could use fresh paint and have no sound proofing. However the property itself is amazing and a quiet beautiful respite right in the heart of a busy area. The pool, garden and communal areas are fantastic and staff were lovely.
The most beautiful hotel!! I loved my stay here. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Every time I walked through the main entrance it was like a peaceful oasis. I would definitely come back!!
Staff were extremely helpful, great breakfast- sometimes in the garden. An old property but well maintained and very clean. The added bonus of Bens is that it is right in the heart of Palermo, a stones throw from bars and restaurants. Safe at night, we would always stay there again.

“Very good hotel with fantastic assistance whenever any problems arise. The restaurant offers a wonderfully refined cuisine. And the coffee at breakfast made the start of the day even better.”
Everything went great. I enjoyed my stay here
Clean bedroom with a tiny shower area in bathroom. It's an old residence, with an old elevator. It's understandable though, as it also reflected on its price.
Towels were quite depreciated and looked grey, suggested to bring your own towel.
Great hotel in a perfect location. I was alone but it was safe - you can't enter the hotel until the receptionist presses the button to open the front door. The old building creates a mood, a very cozy hotel. Good area - you can walk to most of the sights, a lot of people during the day and in the evening - it feels safe. Lots of cafes and shops around.
