Clean room, excellent location, tasty breakfast.
Nice place
Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Clean environment. Good location, good WiFi. A bit dated, but still a good place to stay.
Good breakfast
Very old TVs, no smart features
Bad cable TV
Lack of empathy at reception
Very nice waiters at breakfast
Great hotel close to the center of Buenos Aires. Room staff clean everyday they also exchange cash for you and have good breakfast and restaurant food they also have a coffee shop
Correct hotel. Outdated. Clean. Average breakfast. Nice staff. Very nice area.
A decent hotel in the center of Baires, not far from the Colon Theater, good breakfasts, and a decent, inexpensive cafe nearby.

The good: location, location, location. Clean rooms, friendly front desk. Breakfast include pastries, ham and cheese, juices, coffee, tea. Upon request you can get eggs(discovered it after I sat down for my last breakfast...). There is a bidet in the bathroom which is nice.
Need improvement: rooms very outdated, one outlet behind nightstand, and a 3 more scattered around the room. Rooms are relatively...
Good value-for-money if you don’t expect much. The location is perfect. The breakfast is mediocre and the staff is not really welcoming
Room clean and close to city centre
Clean room, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Clean, friendly staff, close to restaurants and main attractions.
This is the fourth time I stay at this property. It's not fancy but it's clean, offers free breakfast, is close to shopping and dining, and has the friendliest staff.

Great suite and comfortable- conveniently next to don Julio - famous restaurant, set in shopping and outgoing are in Palermo area
Great room with balcony. Breakfast was everything you need and delicious. Location of the hotel was very good and in a safe area with excellent restaurants.
Room was fine. We got a deluxe with balcony-it faced the back of the hotel with a bunch small “ balconies “ with ac units and a large building/ construction. Too noisy to sit outside. The hotel welcomes pets- I think a cat must have recently stayed in the room ( I m allergic) so, difficult to manage. The location was great.
Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Palermo, Soho. Extremely friendly and helpful staff
Lots of breakfast options especially fruit and cereals
Rooms were well maintained and cleaned to a high standard.
Spacious, well-kept rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, very helpful staff. Convenient location with many dining and shopping options near-by. Overall excellence.

A cultural trip
It was so nice confi & very spaceful for two people, the breakfast was planty & delicius!
It was a pleasure and very good to stay on this hotel. Very near to the city center.
We came for 4 days. good breakfast (eggs, fruits ext, cheese..). nothing fancy but sympatic. good rooms. a very centeral position in Maipu street in Ricolleta nighbourhood. the people at the reception helped with any question and provided us great tips (how to use transportation wisely, where to get the Blue Dollars in the best rates). Without inner information you don't get along in this city.
Shower was a little strange, no iron to straighten up pur clothes, or a loanable adapter for the different outlets, but service was good otherwise.
good for a couple of nights
the rooms are a bit small but not bad overall. breakfast is average. the staff was great at the check in shift (polite and helpful) and bad at the checkout shift (rude and unfriendly).
Good breakfast. Great location. Central air conditioning which is quite inconvenient.

Buenos Aires, Marcelo T. de Alvear, 1368 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Nice hotel very well located. Very clean but rooms could be revamped. The elevators are slow and sometimes it takes time to get one.
Staff nice and welcoming but check in process could be better. I had to fill in a paper form even when I had already completed everything online. The hotel is dark, no much daylight in any area.
The breakfast is nice.
Average Hotel
Breakfast was gross. Elevators are slow especially when everyone is checking out at once. I had to wait more than 30 minutes once I left my room to finally get a free elevator and wait in line to check out. The cleaning staff only restocked towels and soap when rhey cleaned the room and the bed was left unmade and disorganized.
Great hotel. Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. Very nice staff. Correct breakfast. Convenient location.
Great hotel! Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Correct breakfast. Great location. Very nice staff!
The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were better than in more expensive hotels. The hotel looked tired and the breakfast was limited. Lots of street noise during the night. The lifts we're hopelessly slow . Overall acceptable for the price.

The rooms are large and have a kitchen with sink, cabinets, dishes, flatware, mini- fridge, kettle and seating area. There is a free breakfast
Staff - great, friendly, helpful. Room - spotless. Hotel - very lively location. If you need quiet, this is not you.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. There really were no amenities to speak of. I could not figure out the TV. There was no safe in the room. However there was a microwave which came in very handy.
Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Would stay again.
Our room had wonderful views out over the Recoleta cemetery and out towards the sea. It was a busy, thriving area with a great atmosphere, music, craft and art markets, open spaces and variety of eating options. Also by the start of yellow tourist bus! Staff were friendly & helpful too! :-)

Great location in central city, rooms are great value and clean.
Close by to most sights.
Great location; we walked around a lot, delicious breakfasts. Excellent service and a 24-hour reception, located on a pedestrian street! The only thing missing was a kettle in the room. It was clean and comfortable, despite the small room.
An old hotel, but with all the pretentiousness as if they were a new five-star hotel))) I asked for a kettle, and they said go downstairs and get boiling water from the cooler))) The breakfasts are modest, but they have eggs and fruit and it’s good)) I would definitely not come back here!
The location is very convenient, close to the Florida metro station. It's also within walking distance of the Buquebus terminal.
The room I booked had a window, but it was the kind that's very far inside and the lighting was poor.
Nice hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires. Nice and helpful staff and pretty good conditions for living.

First of all, the frontdesk service was really good! However, the room was pretty dirty and the towels were more likely to be black than white. The location is pretty bad since it’s in front of the garbage station
Close to every interesting and essential point of the city! I love my time here!!
Staff at reception is very friendly. The towel lookka dirty, there is a big patch of mold noticed on the ceiling of the toulet.
Tripeca Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are surprisingly big, giving you plenty of space to relax and unpack comfortably. The location is excellent — close to everything you need and perfect for exploring the area on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and good advice.
Overall, a very solid hotel experience. I’d happily stay here again
very good layout and expriences, clean lobby and room, !!!!!!
We booked the standard quadruple room and it was spacious. Some upgrading can be done to this room and the TV only had Spanish channels. Bottled water was not provided.
Receptionists could speak English and helped was there whenever we asked. Location was good.

The staff was excellent and helped with an early morning airport transfer. The rooms are dated, but clean and have everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel!
The lobby is nice and the breakfast is decent. The room is tiny and lacks amenities.
The building is old, but the facilities are very clean, and the bed linens and towels are impeccable. The breakfast is good, and the location is perfect, close to various attractions and with easy access to buses. The best thing about the hotel, without a doubt, is the staff; I'd like to name them all, but it's not possible. They were all helpful and empathetic. I highly recommend it and will definitely...

We enjoyed our stay at HTL 9 de Julio! Our room was a loft room with beautiful balconies overlooking the avenue! There was plenty of space for our luggage without being on top of each other. The staff were lovely and responsive to requests. An easy walk along the avenue towards the obelisk! Felt safe to walk around at night.
At night, it was noisy due to the traffic, but we ended up putting earplugs...
A reasonable hotel for the price. Nothing fancy. Location is good, staff are helpful. Rooms need some maintenance. We had the loft and the bedding was good and arranged as expected, but the bathroom was very small and run down.
Great rooms in a perfect location. The room set up is definitely not for everyone, but we loved it! Didn’t try the breakfast but saw it in someone else’s room and it looks great

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Swimming pool needs renovation.
The room was good, the service was excellent. The staff were very courteous. However, the room should be provided with an iron box and a common microwave facility to accommodate the customers esp when the hotel is closed for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
We like the hotel and very friendly staff. Overall we had good experience for the family of 5 with 3 kids. The hotel is centrally located and nice place
Nice hotel but the window wouldn’t close. Great breakfast though.

Run down hotel but rooms comfy and renovated (not the bathrooms, though). Best nights -2- sleep in a long time....super friendly staff and though area is not great it didn't feel unsafe. Good value for money...all in all, recommended for a budget hotel.

Hotel needs a lot of improvements to be a 3 star hotel, if you use it
The staff was nice and did their best to help when issues came up. I primarily spoke Spanish with the staff but they are able to speak English if necessary.

In general it's a good hotel, but like the other buildings in Buenos Aires it's a little outdated. Missing energy plugs in the room, just 2 was available. Good internet over free WiFi. Good Tv channel options. Recommend to stay over a week if you don't concern about lust.

Really nice hotel. Rooms spacious and very clean. Beds ok. Singles only.
Area around is ok. Lots of homeless at night but didn’t feel unsafe.

A nice upscale hotel. Hot water, cold air conditioning. Very very clean. There's not a lot of restaurants or bars in the immediate area, so you might want to plan on an Uber somewhere. Front desk is fantastic
The hotel is cozy and clean, but the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There's no fresh juice. Every day it's the same variety, nothing changes. In BA? Stay at Plaza Luxor 👍👍
Everyone at this hotel was great. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk people all spoke English and did their best to make it a good stay. The breakfast gal was also very good and friendly. The cleaning ladies were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to BA.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean, what we did not like was the breakfast, it was literally just bread and coffee.
Eduardo at the front desk was super. The hotel is in a great location. It was a little dated and worn in my room. Stores, dining, busses, all very close. The city is rather dirty, but the property wasn't. Very basic breakfast...coffeee, tea, breads, juice...no meat or eggs. I was only there for 2 nights, so it was fine.
Centrally located, affordable.
Price was very good. Staff was excellent. Rooms were adequate, but dated. Air Conditioner worked, neighborhood is a little dodge at night. Don't expect too much from the breakfasts.
