Very nice hotel, though I didn't understand what area I was staying in, since I checked in late at night until the morning and checked out early. Nice design in the lobby, at the bar, in the room. Extremely nice staff, they tried very hard to help me as a tourist. Good coffee at the bar. Good bed, comfortable to sleep in, clean and quiet. Internet works well. I recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Selina Palermo Hotel. The cleaning was impeccable, the receptionists were very kind and the location was perfect! The only point of improvement would be the bed, which is really bad, noisy and uncomfortable at night. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Our room was basic but clean with table and chair. No hairdryer, tissues or glasses. Four choices for included breakfast which was ok. Best thing about hotel was Pablo on the front desk who welcomed us enthusiastically, was really helpful. Shops and restaurants 4 blocks west.

I have a great experience in this hotel, the room were always clean and the service was lovely, I've arrived at 6am and they let me check-in even though the check-in was at 3pm.

Hotel well located close to Retiro station and Galerias Pacifico and Rua Florida shopping malls. There is no breakfast, just a free espresso machine. Tiny bathroom but good bed. It's worth it if it's just to sleep and spend the day outside. Good service

Simple hotel with everything you need for a good stay. Excellent price-quality ratio. Room without luxuries (as I expected) but it has everything you need: Air conditioning, flat screen TV, hygiene, good location, correct service. A great place to stay, close to subway and bus stations. The breakfast doesn't have many options (breads, boxed juice, coffee and hot milk) and could be improved. The service is good. The place is very clean. Just be careful to what you're doing in your room, specially if you are a couple. There is a school across the street, so remember closing the curtains.

We were places here due to a missing connection. The hotel overall was good. The only thing to complain is that electricity plugs are not nearby the beds. But people where friendly and also the location was good.

Very nice place. Nice rooms and central location for daily trips. Unfortunately no fridge in the room. Aircondition not manually adjustable. You have to call the reception desk to get it switched on or off. No breakfast provided. This is not really a problem as there are plenty of cafes around.

Yes, it was basic, but a good value. Staff was friendly, room was just what we needed for a brief stay when we were not going to be in it long. Uber fare from airport was $31 USD and to central part of BA town was $7 USD. They also offer a late check out (6pm) for 1/2 of daily rate. This is great if you want to spend the day in BA before heading to the airport.

Great value for the price. The rooms are nice and clean. The attention was always very cordial from all the staff. The area where it is located is very quiet and with several means of public transport nearby. Very good breakfast too. The only point to improve would be the wi-fi that cut out there but everything else was excellent. Highly recommended, I would not hesitate to return.

It's ok. I've been here 3 times, the last time was 6 years ago. This time is not as good as before because they don't provide slippers and other supplies. However, most local hotels don't provide them either. You must bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers and other disposable items!

The hotel rooms are spacious, the location is excellent, the surrounding amenities are very convenient, and it's right next to the Presidential Palace. Getting a taxi is also very easy. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the hotel is quite safe. Highly recommended!

It is a very nice hotel, but the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. You can get an uber from the hotel to many places, so was not really a problem for us.

The staff at the reception desk was courteous and attentive in our check in but when we went to our room we couldn’t open the door even though the card was operating properly so someone had to come over to open it. I reported it to the receptionist and said that a maintenance person will come over to fixed it however the problem with the room door continues through out our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for several days. The location was great, very convenient for visiting the Obelisk and Congress Square. There were also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making dining easy. However, the bed in the room was too soft, causing back pain. Also, the room had a stove but no pots or pans.

The room was nice and large. It has a semi kitchen (sink, fridge, kettle) TV has English channels (need to play with the menu to find change language). The balcony is very nice to sit on with a nice breeze. Breakfast had a nice variety of baked goods.

The breakfast is good but could vary the pastries a bit. The pool was great since there was a major heatwave in Buenos Aires. Logically it got busy, but was great to be able to cool down.

Clean and perfect place for me and my husband.

The hotel is quite old and poorly maintained. The wooden floor had loose boards, which felt unsafe and noisy. The bathroom was outdated, and the overall condition of the room was disappointing. Breakfast was basic to poor, with limited options. The room was noisy due to old windows and poor soundproofing. You should only stay here if you activities are planned in the area.

Location is perfect. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The small thing that I did not like is damaged outlet. It was not working properly. But the staff was very helpful and checked the outlet, although they did not change. Everything else was perfect and I recommend this place!

Location was good for us - close to the airport for an early morning flight. The pictures look cute but the apartment is old, the shower and tub needs a deep clean.  Unfortunately, the window and door to the balcony does not insulate from the outside noise - it is very noisy and we couldn’t sleep.

It's very noisy outside on weekends. There's a club nearby, and starting at 2 a.m., the young people start moving around. Then they start going home, and a traffic jam forms outside. Everyone honks and curses. This continues until 7 a.m. So if you don't plan on sleeping in here on the weekends, join the party!
