Very nice hotel, though I didn't understand what area I was staying in, since I checked in late at night until the morning and checked out early.
Nice design in the lobby, at the bar, in the room.
Extremely nice staff, they tried very hard to help me as a tourist.
Good coffee at the bar.
Good bed, comfortable to sleep in, clean and quiet.
Internet works well.
I recommend this hotel.
Amazing place, and very warm people who welcomed me. Thank you very much.
The location, the atmosphere, and above all the very pleasant and helpful employees!
We loved our stay at the Selina Palermo Hotel. The cleaning was impeccable, the receptionists were very kind and the location was perfect!
The only point of improvement would be the bed, which is really bad, noisy and uncomfortable at night.
Other than that, everything was wonderful.
Our room was basic but clean with table and chair. No hairdryer, tissues or glasses. Four choices for included breakfast which was ok. Best thing about hotel was Pablo on the front desk who welcomed us enthusiastically, was really helpful. Shops and restaurants 4 blocks west.
The hostel is very clean and in the Best place of palermo also the team work pretty well. There is a bar inside of the place, the rooms is very very clean, travelling a lot here and this is one of the best experience and the best in buenos aires, there is a guy on reception who knows about parties and bar around the hostel he is called charlie, also diego who works there is very entusiast and a...

The room was so so. The staff is really good. Helpful and friendly.
The (free) coffee in the lobby is so good.
Also the breakfast is good indeed.
And… the price is indeed attractive
I have a great experience in this hotel, the room were always clean and the service was lovely, I've arrived at 6am and they let me check-in even though the check-in was at 3pm.
Hotel well located close to Retiro station and Galerias Pacifico and Rua Florida shopping malls. There is no breakfast, just a free espresso machine. Tiny bathroom but good bed. It's worth it if it's just to sleep and spend the day outside. Good service
This hotel definitely has potential. We lived there for 3 nights. Very basic stay. Our room was large but there is a lack of facilities such as a small table, cups and bottled water. Renovation is needed to attract more guests.
The best thing about the hotel is it's location— a minute walk to the nearby metro station Catalinas, about 100m away from Florida street good for money exchange and is also...
The room does not match the photo, the sheets were old. The staff was friendly. The location near Retiro, in an area with bars on the corner, which made it possible to go out to eat on foot.
Old hotel, but well located. Two streets up is Calle Florida, the main street for tourists. There is an attendant at the reception who is super polite and helpful (unfortunately I didn't get her name). He was patient in explaining several things to us, recommending restaurants and tourist attractions. The room has horrible decor, honestly. The bed is not comfortable as it usually is in hotels. The...

Perfect for business trips and leisure travel! Safe, clean, and convenient transportation! A great choice!
Very helpful
Excellent location. Very helpful staff.
Good location, helpful staff.
Simple hotel with everything you need for a good stay. Excellent price-quality ratio. Room without luxuries (as I expected) but it has everything you need: Air conditioning, flat screen TV, hygiene, good location, correct service. The only bad thing is that the internet signal was very weak. It had good coverage next to the exit door of the room (only). Good option to spend the night.
Good luncheons... Nice ambience
Hotel bem agradável, excelente localização, próximo a plaza de Mayo e estações de metrô e ônibus. Fica perto da calle Florida. Quartos bem limpos e Wi-Fi de qualidade.

The service staff is very friendly and actively helps in resolving any issues.
We were greeted by friendly staff and were given our non smoking room with king size bed. Room was very clean and looked renovated. Tile throughout the entire place. Bathroom was clean with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. Great water pressure with plenty of hot water.
The bed could be replaced as well as the sheets, pillows, linens and towels. Few rooms on each floor.
Breakfast included, coffee, croissants...
Joanna who was working the front desk was more than helpful! Thank you so much for your assistance and directions. More than appreciated. :)
A great place to stay, close to subway and bus stations.
The breakfast doesn't have many options (breads, boxed juice, coffee and hot milk) and could be improved.
The service is good. The place is very clean.
Just be careful to what you're doing in your room, specially if you are a couple. There is a school across the street, so remember closing the curtains.

We were places here due to a missing connection. The hotel overall was good. The only thing to complain is that electricity plugs are not nearby the beds. But people where friendly and also the location was good.
Excellent location if you are planning to attend events at any of the synagogues in this neighbourhood.

I stayed at this hotel again on March 14th and 13th. I liked both my room and the common corridors (spaces) between the rooms. For this price, it's very nice. All was clean and perfect.
The hotel has a classic, beautiful design. The rooms are well-designed, lovely, and clean. The location is absolutely excellent and convenient.
Overall, I really liked the hotel.
The location is excellent – it's literally within walking distance of the Obelisco de Buenos Aires. There's a subway station right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for getting around the city. Across the street, there's a 24-hour convenience store, and a supermarket is just two minutes away. Plus, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Very nice place. Nice rooms and central location for daily trips.
Unfortunately no fridge in the room. Aircondition not manually adjustable. You have to call the reception desk to get it switched on or off. No breakfast provided. This is not really a problem as there are plenty of cafes around.

Yes, it was basic, but a good value. Staff was friendly, room was just what we needed for a brief stay when we were not going to be in it long. Uber fare from airport was $31 USD and to central part of BA town was $7 USD. They also offer a late check out (6pm) for 1/2 of daily rate. This is great if you want to spend the day in BA before heading to the airport.
The staff is friendly. It is central to our needs. And every time we visit they have made further improvements.
Great value for the price. The rooms are nice and clean. The attention was always very cordial from all the staff. The area where it is located is very quiet and with several means of public transport nearby. Very good breakfast too. The only point to improve would be the wi-fi that cut out there but everything else was excellent. Highly recommended, I would not hesitate to return.
Staff is friendly, nice neighborhood, close to metro station, dated, but comfortable
I reckon this is one of the best high quality-reasonable price choices that you could possibly find in BA. Attentive but not over the top oozing customer service, clean, excellent location and very decent breakfast

Great place , clean, quiet , updated , in a historic mansion. Great price for value
It was very nice, older and historic property! The no elevators was disappointing (on the description it said it had elevators but it did not)! Theyou g lady at the front lobby was very nice and helpful!😀
Very fun location and interesting and comfortable hotel rooms with amazing style. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location absolutely amazing. The shared kitchen was a nice plus.
Really the only issues were the wear on the very cool furnishings and the showers that were kinda hard to work with and wimpy and the beds were very firm like all the beds we encountered in Argentina and Uruguay...
Clean room, friendly staff,good location.
Very nice touristi neighborhood. Still not noisy. There is no balcony in my room and it was supposed to be per *******. Receptionist told me that ******* has it wrong. balcony in very few rooms and very very small balcony like you cannot use it. Other than that, very helpful staff and very nice location

My husband and I spent a lovely week at Le Petit Palais. The house is beautiful, with 2 shady rooftop terraces and many glorious plants. We found Le Petite Palais to be a beautiful quiet home in a fantastic central location for a trip to Buenos Aires. The home has huge character and just seeing this alone is special. Thank you Le Petite Palais for having us to stay...
I had an amazing stay at Le Petit Palais! This boutique townhouse is full of charm — from polished wood floors, wrought iron window decor to exquisite art and vintage skeleton keys. Very nice hotel, centrally located within walking distance from many attractions and dining options. Convenience stores are also nearby. The hotel is old, which makes it really charming. The breakfast area seems to have been remodeled, it is gorgeous. Staff was very welcoming, professional and efficient. We can really recommend this hotel.
Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, with diverse offerings. Clean and comfortable place.
The hotel is in a good location, the room is clean, and the breakfast is average.
It's ok. I've been here 3 times, the last time was 6 years ago. This time is not as good as before because they don't provide slippers and other supplies. However, most local hotels don't provide them either. You must bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers and other disposable items!

Good location. Unit was comfortable. Staff was helpful. Only complain is that stove is very slow and very limited kitchenware for cooking.
The room was nice. It is close to many things in Buenos Aires. The staff worked with us well.
The best deal in the best location with the best room and the best staff. Lo maximo. Mejor que el dulce de leche. Our family had a very spacious and lovely place to stay. Very central location. We loved it.
15 mins from AEP airport. Restaurants and supermarket, drug store in walking distance. Facility was a little outdated, but clean enough. Reception desk was helpful in reserving taxi to the airport in the very early morning. The inly downside was we could hear some noise from street or from hotel corridor at night, as it was Sat evening.

Great location. Friendly staff. Large room with kitchenette and balcony. Secure area to leave luggage after check in. Good value. Would stay again and recommend
Clean rooms, great breakfasts with many options. Hotel is open for checknin at any time. Good security throughout the night at the main entrance. Receptionest man at night is not thr friemdliest. But still give it 5 stars.
Very clean and spacious room. Looked exactly as in pictures. Our individual balcony was nice as is the large terrace on 9th floor behind gym. Good location, great breakfast.
It is a very nice hotel, but the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. You can get an uber from the hotel to many places, so was not really a problem for us.
The staff at the reception desk was courteous and attentive in our check in but when we went to our room we couldn’t open the door even though the card was operating properly so someone had to come over to open it. I reported it to the receptionist and said that a maintenance person will come over to fixed it however the problem with the room door continues through out our stay.
We stayed at this hotel for several days. The location was great, very convenient for visiting the Obelisk and Congress Square. There were also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making dining easy. However, the bed in the room was too soft, causing back pain. Also, the room had a stove but no pots or pans.

The room was nice and large. It has a semi kitchen (sink, fridge, kettle) TV has English channels (need to play with the menu to find change language). The balcony is very nice to sit on with a nice breeze. Breakfast had a nice variety of baked goods.
Belgrano is a very nice neighborhood, with good food and activities nearby. It is not too far from Palermo. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good but could vary the pastries a bit. The pool was great since there was a major heatwave in Buenos Aires. Logically it got busy, but was great to be able to cool down.
This was a very serviceable hotel, near to everything. The room was cleaned, the front desk was helpful. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The price was right.
The neighborhood was quite enough that we left. Our windows opened..
I would recommend this place to anyone for a value and solid quality. It isn’t luxury, it’s just a good hotel.
The elevator was a little slow, there’s only one for all...
Great location, staff, room, highly recommend.
Suggestion: do not charge extra ($4000 pesos) for a Nespresso!
Clean and perfect place for me and my husband.
The hotel is quite old and poorly maintained. The wooden floor had loose boards, which felt unsafe and noisy. The bathroom was outdated, and the overall condition of the room was disappointing. Location is perfect. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The small thing that I did not like is damaged outlet. It was not working properly. But the staff was very helpful and checked the outlet, although they did not change. Everything else was perfect and I recommend this place!
Location was good for us - close to the airport for an early morning flight. The pictures look cute but the apartment is old, the shower and tub needs a deep clean.
Unfortunately, the window and door to the balcony does not insulate from the outside noise - it is very noisy and we couldn’t sleep.
Overall, it's average. The bathroom water doesn't drain and flows into the front door. The bedding doesn't seem clean. It's not worth the price.

A super team who will take care of your check-in, even if you arrive at night. We received detailed instructions for self-check-in and had no problems at all. The room was perfect, and the area is great. Thank you, we highly recommend it!
Check-in was simple, but the room was different from the photos, with poor finishes. The location is relatively close to the obelisk, but at night I didn't feel safe walking there because the streets are empty.
There's a nightclub nearby; around 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, there were a lot of young people and teenagers leaving the club.
It's not very quiet; cars pass by in the early hours of the morning...
Big room and clean. Good location in the city center and nearby/walkable to the plaza major public square.
It's very noisy outside on weekends. There's a club nearby, and starting at 2 a.m., the young people start moving around. Then they start going home, and a traffic jam forms outside. Everyone honks and curses. This continues until 7 a.m. So if you don't plan on sleeping in here on the weekends, join the party!
