This hotel is at a fantastic location. The large Galleria Pacifico shopping centre is just stone throw away & there are many restaurants & cafes around the area.
Hotel room is reasonably large, comfortable & clean.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a 20-minute Uber ride from the airport. English is spoken by the front desk staff, a bonus for those who don't speak Portuguese or Spanish.

Facilities: Being on a high floor, I could see far through the windows, which really made me feel better.

Service: The daily cleaning was meticulous, and they even thoughtfully addressed my need for hot water. Overall, I liked it.

The location is great, the hotel facilities are older, the bathroom is small, and the breakfast is okay.

The scary thing is the old elevator. I experienced it suddenly going up and down, but the staff said it was fine. It was really scary. The incident happened in the single elevator inside.

The location of the hotel is really great, right next to the shopping mall. But the only thing worth commenting on is the location. The hotel's facilities are very old, and I don't even know if the elevator buttons work. If you care about the hotel's hardware facilities, don't stay in this hotel.

It’s an old hotel. The rooms are inevitably not that new, but the service is professional, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is rich, and the location is very convenient. There is a drug store opposite, and you can exchange pesos on the pedestrian street next to it. The price is affordable, classic rooms and clubs There is not much difference between rooms

Staff were super friendly and location was great. Right next to florida Street where you can go shopping and lots of currency exchange stores. Around a 10 min walk to the pink house. Did not need to get public transport as everything was a walking distance. Would stay here again.

The food is OK and tastes authentic. Prices may be a bit high for what is offered. I feel It used to be a more refined place and it's seen better times. Okay, but probably won't come back.

The only thing that was nice was the bread and vinaigrette. The main course and service were just not right (to be polite).

Very hard to believe it is one of the best restaurants of the neighborhood.

The beef was OK, was expecting more from it. Side portions (guarniciónes) are really small, the place definitively does not look like a fancy bistro to have such small amount. They charge you for the table service (50 pesos per person) plus the tips. It must have better options in town for this price. Service was fast and friendly.
