Most hotels in Buenos Aires are like this: old, extremely expensive, and the overall experience is just so-so. This hotel's facilities were clearly outdated; the elevator creaked and showed signs of age. And one day there wasn't even hot water for the shower. The location is very central, but you know how it is in Buenos Aires—the city center doesn't feel very safe, and there are many homeless people.

Room was clean. The bed was super comfy! The staff here were very good especially when on Christmas I wanted to borrow one of their complementary bicycles to go for a ride. The fellow at the front desk was able to accommodate my request with a smile. It was Christmas and not a lot of things to do. So, being able to get out on the bike was a great was to spend part of the day.

The location is good, but some of the facilities are a bit old.

The hotel was beautiful, and the breakfast was clean and neat. The location was also great, just a short walk to Plaza de Mayo.

The location and breakfast really pull the rating up, both of which were fantastic and worth the price in my opinion. The room was well-appointed and beautiful, but was not restocked well over our stay (missing towels, toilet paper, coffee). 1 of the 2 elevators was broken the majority of our stay. Staff was hit or miss in regards to helpfulness and friendliness. The gym was small but functional and pretty clean. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but ordered room service and the food was better than average. They have an app for ordering room service and making requests which is nice in theory, especially if your first language isn’t Spanish, but it didn’t seem to work for anything *except* room service—all of our “free” requests for toilet paper, towels, etc went unanswered.

The hotel is on the street, and the sound insulation is very poor. The sound of cars on the road and the subway below is continuous all day long. The hotel does not provide water, you have to buy it yourself, and the price is 5 times more expensive than the supermarket outside

The hotel did not like. The problem with plumbing and electrics. One would be better.

Enjoyed the hotel overall! Staff was great and the beds were very comfortable. The gym was unfortunately unavailable which was a bit of a bummer and the hotel exterior along with other floors were under construction. Overall it was an awesome stay and it is well located next to public transportation .
